Don’t have a dealt with them. Save your time and nerves

"I have ordered my table March 8, 2021.
The ad claimed waiting up to 8 weeks. I was waiting by end of May. The table should have arrived after 13 weeks and I have been told my item is damaged during transit. I did agree to wait my item since I am already waiting it too long... stupid. In July they sent me a note that delivery takes longer - by end of August. I got angry with them and one week after I got a table. Not a table - it’s a SPOILAGE. Two shields had dents, cracks, no unsteady toon to assemble - Chinese Lego.

Homary is scam company

"Paid 1000 for an item waited months for an item they said they are on my property and I am not around then I asked them to ring the bell they said I have to meet them as they dont deliver to properties and I should get friends and family to come and pick the items up. There is no customer service to contact. This company should be banned from selling in the UK"

Post Sales Customer Service

"I am extremely disappointed in the customer service when I received an item that was clearly a previously returned item, out of the box and so poorly packaged that there were no parts list, the outside box was extremely damaged that the parts inside were rattling when we received them and it also had a piece of paper inside with an RMA number inside the box. History: I ordered 6 total items" (1) free standing tub filler, (1) shower assembly, (2) bathroom sink faucets, (2) illuminated mirrors.

The first item received was the tub filler that arrived in the box as described above. Poorly packaged, and the main spout was dinged and scratched. One of the hardware parts bags had a hole in it that we assumed at first that the bag was damaged in transit and the area where this was packed was near one of the box "holes" that we were uncertain if any of the screws/hardware may have fallen out or missing. Without the parts list, we have no idea if that's the case. I called and spoke to a representative and she mentioned no nee to return that they would send another one but first to email to the support email address with photographs. I took 13 photographs and also sent in a copy of the order form with the part that was damaged circled in red. The email and phone call were made and sent within 30 minutes of receiving the package. There was no answer or reply to my email. This was noonish on July 1st. Since then, I received the two faucets and the shower assembly. These were clearly new, in-the-box and mailed and packaged properly. They were shipped in the product box inside a shipping box. All the protective foam completely surrounded all the pieces and parts, so there was no way the parts could be tumbled around in the packaging. I also received the shower assembly, well packed and undamaged. I chatted online on July 2nd with the agent asking why my email on the return/refund had not been addressed. They asked that I resend via the chat the photographs, which I did. I finally received an email apologizing for not having the parts list and they sent me the parts list to the SHOWER ASSEMBLY which was the wrong item that was damaged. They did not address at all the damaged packaging nor the damage to the tub filler. This is extremely frustrating.

Scam!!...

"I ordered two chairs, received an email stating that the shipping label was created. I waited a week and reached out to the website "costumer service". I was then told that MY ITEM WAS NEVER SHIPPED...IT WAS LOST. I also was told that next shipment will be approximately between 5-9 weeks. I started looking for more information online and realized that people order and never receive the orders and not getting the refund....This company located in China.....they have some address in California probably just to use it to get more American costumers. At this point I asked my bank to depute this purchase as scam...
Everything looks like legit website, but you cant trust it :(

Please don't be Me!

"It is a pure Scam!!. Buyers Are Aware - The Company doesn't have any proper customer service support, the people on the other side have ZERO understanding of the language of English hence communication is almost impossible.
They will cancel and re-order your material as their system tells them, with no input from your side at all. The order will never ship when they say they will and they have no way to verify or update you on your shipping even if you're calling them the day it's supposed to show up.
All you will be able to reach is " We will email you with a response in 24hrs" which actually never happens and if it does opens a whole new pandora Box.
My Order was to ship to the state of Arkansas and on the day of delivery when reached out to Homary Customer Service, Representative NO 1083. I was told too bad your order is ALREADY DELIVERED AND SIGNED OFF IN TEXAS, USA.
My destination was Arkansas. I read all the reviews like these before didn't pay any heed to it and now I have no idea where my package is or my $1600.
