"Several weeks ago, I ordered a bathroom sink faucet set and a shower stall set. Both arrived quickly and were very well packaged. Also, they were beautiful...and at good prices. It turns out two small parts were missing in order to be able to complete installation of the shower set. I telephoned customer service and received assistance immediately. So, customer service has been excellent. Additionally I want to add that Sheldon is the staff member who predominately worked with me to coordinate shipping of the missing parts. "I purchased the Pena Rustic Vintage 12 light Chandelier and it was shipped within a reasonable time and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly of the light was labor intensive but worth the effort. Hanging the fixture was straightforward. If you have previous experience installing light fixtures, you shouldn't have any trouble.
