Betrug

"Es wird wohl zu einer Klage kommen. Unfassbar unprofessionell. Zunächst musste ich nach 10 Wochen selber fragen, was mit unserer Ware ist. Dabei wurde mir dann gesagt, dass wegen corona noch nichts gebaut wurde und ja alles ganz doll schwierig ist. Also keine Meldung bei mir. Es wurde einfach geschwiegen. Mein Geld allerdings wurde bereits abgebucht. Nach weiteren 12 Wochen heißt es jetzt plötzlich, ich muss aufgrund von corona den Zoll selber bezahlen. Bei einem Holztisch. Die Zolltarifnummer für Holz ist mit 0% verzollt. Und ich soll jetzt 20% vom Preis nochmal nachträglich zahlen.

Achtung. Also wirklich an alle ein dickes Achtung.

Horrible customer service, terrible quality materials, complete scam!!!!!!

"I ordered a make up vanity that arrived completely damaged. They sent me a replacement that arrived in even worse condition. To top it all off, it arrived 4 weeks after the "estimated arrival" (blamed covid) AND because I used a gift card (bonus from work) for the purchase, i cant get a refund. They keep telling me their issuing refunds to the card i used even though I've explained 7+ times that it's an un-reloadable gift card, so ill never get that money back. They refuse to issue me a refund in any other way so now I have 2 punctured, chipped and broken vanities that i cannot use AND I wasted my entire work bonus. Ill never get my money back and the more I explain this to their customer service, the more they talk in circles. They reply 48 hours later (when they say theyll get back to me same day), theyve never returned a call or answered a call the first time and they are not competent enough to understand how gift cards (vs credit cards) work. I would NEVER recommend this sham of a company to anyone."

Scam - don't buy from Homary

"Homary is a drop ship website which sell overpriced items with a promise of a certain delivery frame. I ordered a ~$1500 dining room table with a promise to be delivered within 5-7 weeks. 4 weeks after I ordered I reached out to get a shipping / delivery status to find out that it is not expected for at least another 3 months!!!
Have I not reached out I would not get any notification that they cannot deliver at the expected time frame. This is a Chinese company so while they claim to have operations in the USA all they do is get what you order shipped from China on a very slow ship. They blain COVID and Spring Festivals as the reason for delays, yet when you buy they "promise" a quick shipping.
I have asked for them to cancel my order and provide a full refund and as expected didn't hear back. I would not recommend to buy anything from them, be careful as they are a scam.

No refund after nearly 2 month of returning a product

"I ordered 2 showers and one came but…
I ordered 2 showers and one came but the other didn’t arrive in time for me to instal it. I had to return this and pay shipping costs. Nearly 2 month I still have no refund of £640. I am
Now being ignored. I opened a dispute with paypal and they asked me to cancel it and they would send me the money and I am getting no reply. Will have to go to a solicitor this week to get the money owed.

"Après 3 mois d'attente , cette société n'as pas honoré sa commande. Demande d'annulation, indiqué fermé sur le site, mais aucun remboursement !!! Support géré avec des messages type, souvent des copier-coller. Deux messages pour m'indiquer que le remboursement aurait lieux sous 24 heures, bien-sur après 1 semaine, vous comprenez que ce n'est pas vrai

"I am jealous that some people actually got through to customer service! I have not. I placed an order. They charged my credit card. I have not heard from them since (except, of course, now I am on their promotional email list to buy more scam products!). No delivery of product. No response from customer service. They have my money, and now goodbye! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company. It appears that you are just giving your money over to an empty promise."

"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They sent me a box that looked like preschool children painted it instead of the $700 desk I ordered and now all of a sudden they are not responding to emails and when I call they tell me to email. "

"Don’t buy from here!! Bought a couch TEN weeks ago. Customer Service says I won’t be getting couch for another TEN weeks with a whole bunch of bs excuses for the delay. All the while online it still says 5-8 weeks delivery. BUYERS BEWARE!! "

Very Satisfied

"Purchased a number of items and the ones that were in stock in the US warehouse arrived within 5 days of placing the order. Two items were not available in the warehouse but the customer service was quick to refund me for one of the items which was delayed and made a change for the other to an item available in the Us warehouse which arrived a few days after.
The quality of the products so far seems great. We ordered faucets and a few shower systems which look, feel and so far work great.
Although not perfect with the timing they seem to be on the ball, respond quickly and refund the money if needed as well.
I would recommend them but I would first call their CS and make sure the items you want to order are available in their warehouse (if you are in US they have locations in US and Canada that ship/deliver within a week).
Overall very satisfied for now.

High design, great quality and customer service

"I made a few purchases from Homary. Items take a long time to arrive, because they are fabricated in China, so packages might get bulky. But furniture are of great design, I very much like the patterns and color palette and the different sizes to choose from. I had a problem once and customer service was prompt in finding a solution. A would recommend buying from Homary. "

Warning: no residential delivery!

"You shouldn't have a problem as long as you live in a warehouse. But if you live in a house, keep in mind "shipping" is not the same as "delivery" for Homary. Apparently "free shipping" means they will leave the sofa in the street(!) and the solution I was given by their support staff was to hire someone to carry the sofa into my house. "

"They made me so dissatisfied. My order was different with my expectations so I have requested refund. I have expected real LED light instead od small chip.
Even when I get the parcel I didn't know about custom charge.They said delivery free and they never mentioned about custom charge. Anyway, I didn't get any solution yet after I requested return. I have no idea how to back it. It is a headache the cost to return it. I wanna get my money back.

Horrible awful encounter

"Please don’t listen/read the great paid excellent reviews. Ordered a sofa 11 weeks ago and was promised it will be delivered this week. I called up and now being told it will be delivered in another month without any apologies. I have never had such a terrible encounter in all my life. This company are fraudsters. Please don’t buy. Now I have to start a process of purchasing a new sofa somewhere else. 11 weeks of waiting wasted. "

Stunning bathroom vanity

"We ordered a new basin and absolutely love it. Delivery took approx 4 weeks but due to covid and Christmas looming it was to be expected. The basin is very well made, no chips and even came with the waste attachments which I did not expect. We get compliments on it from everyone that sees it. I'm so glad I took the chance and purchased it."
