"My original order was placed on the 11th July with an estimated delivery of 9-11 weeks. I wasn’t notified as to what was going on and it took me to
reach out in September to find out what was going on. Offered me a
paltry $50 compensation for the delay and poor service, I accepted £60.
I was then told it would take another 4-7 weeks. 7 week point passed, so I rang up to find out my order status and told it’ll be received into the UK by end of December! How on earth is this acceptable.
I fully understand the difficulties of the pandemic however it’s shocking service and lack of communication. Effectively taken and held on to my money for 5 months, I have no goods to show for it and to top it off, then deducted the £60 off the refund?! Looks like a great product and design, I’ll never know what it’s like in reality because I’ll never use Homary or recommend it to others"
"I brought the marble and walnut nesting tables. Really stunning and worth the price, high quality and came well packaged. Shipping arrived within a few days of ordering which was surprising as this is international shipping. Even though I was worried about ordering a pricey item from an unknown site, it ended up being very safe, they have excellent communication, as I spoke to the customer service on both the website chat and via emails, prompt replies. Been recommending Homary to everyone and all family and friends say the tables are stunning and classy. Very happy customer!"
"I finally received the TV stand i ordered 2 months ago. it was broken from 2 parts!!! and there was no holes drill on part to assemble them together!!! I have contacted customer service through chat and call, still they haven't refunded me or send me a new one!!! i'm so disappointed and frustrated buying furniture from this website. don't trust the photos on their website! and they keep deleting my review, so this shows how dishonest this company is!"

"I ordered a Bathroom tap, which is a copy of a Italien designed Tap to a very low price. As we installed it
the tap did not stop running water, my plumber tried to fix it, which cost me extra hours of work and he was not able to fix it. He recommend to purchase a better quality tap.
As I tried to contact this Company which had a Melbourne phone number listed and a 24 hours service to this number advertised there was now Answer, I tried 8 times . Then late nights a got a SMS text from an USA based phone number telling me sorry sorry to miss your call. I emailed them several time to get
another sorry sorry explaining that they operate out of China and due to time differences and technical difficulties they where not able to respond to my call. They asked me to sent a photo of where the tap leaks and they will see if they can sent me some replacement parts. I just wanted to return the product and asked for a Refund. Very bad customer service, once they have your money they don't seam to offer refunds or make it very difficult to get your money back!
Their Website looks professional and once we got the product you will receive an email from the CEO
Mr. Hong or Wong asking to rate your experience, all looks very professional, it is all the opposite !

"As a huge order customer, they made me very disappointed. They informed me that my dining table was sold out after a week I placed the order and already collected the money. What a waste of time. Now, the sofa delivered with damage legs. So I emailed them what they can do with it. They said find a local handyman to fix it and they will cover for the cost but I still need to provide invoice for that? Well, I am buying a new sofa which costed me more than $1k. So I requested them to return it but they said I still have to pay some fees to cover the shipping or something. Why do I have to cover those fees since this is not my fault.

I called a number that now does not pick up, and I was told my order number and also, I was told I would have to wait for the order to get from China to Nj.
