"We are in the middle of a major remodel. We wanted something very specific that we couldn’t find in stores locally, so a web search directed us to Homary.
We understood they were based in California, as you can see others have reported.
Their products come from China - which is something I specifically asked about when I ordered. I was informed their manufacturers are in the USA. Deception #1 by their customer service.
We received our LED light waterfall faucets 3 weeks later...with incorrect parts. SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. One of them was not even the faucet we ordered!
After 2 weeks of phone runaround, my fiancé finally emailed them. When he finally got a response, they “couldn’t find the order.” Then I sent them the order information, they asked for pics of the product. After sending them pics of the product they asked for a pic of the box it came in.
I told them enough was enough, either refund us 100% or ship what we ordered, OR I am disputing the charge on my card.
They did neither, and Wells Fargo refunded me immediately.
Do. Not. Ever. Order. From. There.
They are straight up crooks."

Besides, we do offer free shipping to the UK, but I am afraid there is an essential difference between shipping cost (delivery) and customs fees. For the free shipping, we have done as we are advertising that is to pay the shipping company to deliver your packages. But the customs fees are an additional cost that is calculated and charged by the customs in your country according to the related policy and regulations.

"This site is fake and not in California like it says, it's from China and the products are replicas of what you see in the picture. You're lucky if you even receive the product. "I was so happy with a toilet that I bought the same product two more times for my bathrooms. There was a FedEx delivery issue in the third time as the packaging was damaged and undeliverable before reaching my house. I called Homary and the customer support promptly shipped a replacement, and followed up with emails and detailed status updates. Unfortunately, this time FedEx lost the item during the delivery process. I contacted Homary again and I wanted to cancel the order as my contractor had stopped working due to the pandemic. Homary customer was apologetic and refunded me promptly. This is a great company to do business with in my book!"

"Took forever to ship my items. I had to email them several times for shipment. When I tried to return 2 items they were very unclear how to go about it, took days to answer, and by the time they did answer was past their 30-day return policy! English as a second language customer service. Deceitful. I am out $200 with no recourse. They have an American -sounding name "Homary" however this is a shady company out of China."
