"MISLEADING RETURN POLICY. On almost every page on the website, there is an icon for their "30 day return" policy. When you click on that, you're informed that most items are eligible for return "whenever" you're not satisfied or change your mind, which sounds great. However, it's only after clicking on the "learn more" link that you find out all the exceptions to and fees associated with that policy. There are multiple items which are not eligible for returns despite the "30 day return" policy being clearly advertised as part of the customer services that go along with said item. Moreover, if you do have an item that is eligible for a return, they will charge you "at minimum" 10% to return the item. And you're responsible for the shipping costs. I was going to be charged $380 to return an item I changed my mind about. Multiple customer service representatives expressed their apologies for the inconvenience, but none could rectify the company's anti-customer policies. So, just go into any purchase with this company with your eyes open. "

"Within 2 weeks of putting this set outdoors the cushions faded from dark gray to a red gray. I have left a review on homary which they removed because they don’t want bad reviews. First they offer $250 back. Well 10% refund when sunbrella costs a hell of a lot more to be custom made. All I want is to get rid of this piece of junk. $2500 completely wasted. Flimsy cushions. Fabric that cannot be set outdoors. How is this possible and they just will not take it back for a full refund. Do not use them. "
