"In September 2022 I ordered Brushed Gold Waterfall Bathroom Sink Faucet Single Hole Single Handle Brass Modern Style. Upon arrival, It is/was a beautiful faucet and I had a professional plumber install it, that’s when all the problems began. Upon installation and testing the faucet, it would continue to run even after turning it off. It wasn’t just a drip; the water would literally continue to flow. So much so that the plumber had to turn off the water valve under the sink to stop the flow.
I notified Homary via email and they requested pictures and a video of the situation which I sent. They responded that they reached out to the manufacturer and were told that was the way the faucet was made. REALLY!!! A faucet is purposely made to continually run??!!!! I told them it was unacceptable and demanded they exchange it, as it was defective. After over 10 emails demanding and threatening to report them to various agencies and to file a dispute with my bank, they sent a replacement. I again paid a professional plumber to install it and again it had the same problem. By this time, we are going into November 2022 and I had no working faucet in my new bathroom.
I again reached out to Homary and this time I requested an exchange for a different model as this was the second time with the same faucet and same situation. I also told them that the plumber said it was missing a piece that stops the water flow. They again asked for pics and a video, which I sent. With over 50 emails back/forth, they did everything to stall and make every excuse to deny exchanging, including again saying this was how the faucet was made to operate and that they had already exchanged it once and could not do so again.
To make a longgggggg and unpleasant story short, from September 2022 until February 2023 I continued to fight with Homary to exchange the faucet for another model, even at a loss to me of $40. They continued to make excuses and stall tactics to the point that I was forced to submit a dispute with my bank. That caused action by Homary who contacted me and said if I remove the dispute, they will exchange the faucet. Naturally I removed the dispute and again sent them a pic and model number of the new faucet model. After another month and over 20 emails requesting an update on my order nothing had been shipped and nothing but more stalling, I realized they had no intention of exchanging or refunding my money so I again filed a dispute with my bank, and only through my dispute/bank was I able to get a refund. 5 months of hell with Homary. Homary objective was to wear me out and give up on getting an exchange or refund!!!!

Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are not trying to give me my money back, replacement, or return label for another purchase. The return details on their website is BS because they don’t follow that. They told me to go buy a wooden box for the items to be shipped back on, and keep offering me to keep the items in a percentage back. I spoke to multiple people and they keep telling me it’s going to be one to two days and I will get an email.
Nothing happens.
I’m inclined to file a lawsuit after this week if I do not receive shipping for my desktop and a return label to the chairs. This is not a legit company do not use.
It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve spoke with someone about my replace desk top and 10% refund back.
Have not received a new desk top. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I keep receiving emails with no resolution.
Another order with two chairs that I want to return and everyone keeps telling me I should receive a shipping label within two days and have not received anything as of yet. Seems like this company is playing a lot of games. I want my money back.
Everyone passes you off to someone else saying that they’re going to contact you within 24 to 48 hours, that never happens. As of three weeks later, I still don’t have a resolution or shipping details for my desktop nor do I have a return label for the chairs. Everyone just keep saying someone will get back to me or I will receive an email and I never.

I still have not received return labels for the chairs. The manager and staff are now playing games saying that I need a pallet (and want me to purchase a pallet) to return the chairs.
I have informed them in multiple emails. The chairs were not delivered on a pallet. The delivery driver picked up the very light chairs and bought them into my office. This is the latest email I received from the so-called manager.
this company please game after game after game. In my original email from Proud. I was asked to delete my review on here and they would send me a return label in 1 to 2 business days. That has not happened. This is the latest email I received from the “manager” asking me to purchase a pallet to ship the chairs back on. The chairs only need a label to return.
This is the type of games this place please it’s a big scam! I will ship the chairs back at my own expense and leave this review up so customers will know not to purchase from this place.

"I had a terrible experience with this site.I had purchased 2 items and was utterly dissatisfied with both.
They look good in the pictures on the website, but in. In reality they are utterly cheap looking.
One of the items was even defective, where the surface was a bit ragged. They didn't even issue me a paid-for return label for this defective item.
For the other item it looked very shoddy. And when I tried to return it, at my own cost the carrier was costing me a lot, almost equal to the price of the item itself. because of the sheer volume and weight of the package, ... I HAD TO FORCEFULLY keep it.
A Really Bad experience. DO not buy from here, unless you are willing to take a chance with your money."

"Please do yourself a favor, save your time and money, and DO NOT BUY from this terrible company! Buy from your local REAL stores! Horrible customer service! They deliver so quickly but it will take forever to “process” returns!!! Their customer service is a joke. My chats got mixed with someone else’s chat while I was submitting my return request and the rep ended my (someone else’s) chat without saying anything! This happened twice so I called their customer service! They just promise over the phone to please you, but they lie. I bought two defective nightstands from them. It’s been more than 3 weeks I have been emailing and calling them to send me pre-paid shipping labels and instead of doing that they sent me a tag with their U.S. warehouse address on it and “AUTHORIZED” my return and told me I have to ship the product within 7 days at my own costs!!!! Ridiculous! I opened a claim with PayPal and will get my money back from these scammers! Do not trust the positive reviews on their website as they are all fake and not in english. I wish I did not trust the positive reviews! This was the first and last time buying from this fake company in China!"

"I have never been more disappointed in a product and the customer service in my life. I was told I would be able to return an item if I just send pictures. I sent all the pictures and I never heard back from anyone. When I called to follow-up they said they needed to speak to someone higher up and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. I never received a call back. I later received an email saying they will get back to me in 1-2 days. After waiting 3 days, I did not receive an email. When I called day 4, I was told they weren't in charge of creating return labels and that they will get back to me in 1 day. Additionally, even though the item was far from what I expected, they will not pay for the return. I am currently having to wait for a return label and I will have to ship the item at my own expense despite their deceptive advertising. They have paid reviewers to cover up the truth. I will update y'all to see if someone gets back to me in a day or if they are actually scamming me: DO NOT BUY FROM HOMARY!
