The delivery companies had additional steps due to the pandemic which caused more delays but when it was set for delivery the people handling the contact and actual delivery were excellent. "Although close to depiction, the product from homany did not look the same in our home as it did in the catalog. We applied for a return which took several weeks and once we got permission to return had a very short and tight (5 days) window. Return shipping is not included . The cheapest we found was $100.00 for shipping Homany has a restocking fee (ours was 10%) so the total return cost was going to be around $120.00 on a $180 dollar item. Also you are required to use exactly the same shipping box that they sent the product in (knowing full well that most people damage the box opening thier products) This is poor customer service (albeit common among unscrupulous retailers). In would avoid purchasing from Homany if I were you. There are other retailers who will help you exchange or return. I will boycott Homany until they bring their return standards up to that of their professional competition."
