"I ordered from HomeClick a bathroom vanity made by Virtu USA, (please be advised that doesn't mean it is manufactured in the USA)It was continually back-ordered, after 3 months I was told it was an indefinite backorder with no date in sight, and offered a refund. HomeClick representative, Spencer, was very nice and has provided me with a list of alternatives which may or may not work out but at least he tried. If I would make any comment about HomeClick's handling of this is that they might have done a better job in the beginning with being on top of the scheduled delivery's, because each time the date passed I had to call them to ask for a tracking number only to find out it wasn't shipped. So, all in all Virtu USA was to blame for not being upfront with the dealer or the customer."

"I originally was quite upset with homeclick's customer service because an order i made turned out to be on back order and when i called to ask for the status, the lady i talked to was having a bad day i guess, she wasn't being helpful and didn't contact me afterwards for an update as she promised.
