"I received the 2 end tables and coffee table manufactured by Coaster and I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product (solid wood). They were delivered quickly. Much thought went into the packaging and as each box was opened the pieces were in the carton ready to assemble from top down. It took only a few minutes for each item to be assembled. I had some questions prior to ordering and when I got my questions answered the Customer Service man took the order for me. I got a quality piece of furniture of great value for a price that could not be matched anywhere else. I have put the Homeclick shortcut on my desktop as I plan to buy from them often."

"HomeClick web site is easy enough to use. I purchased a sofa and matching love seat. The sofa broke with in 7 day, I decided against a replacement and as of today they said they would refund my money on the sofa. Considering it was a matching love seat, I inquired about returning it. Returns require the original box and packing materials, which are (of course) long gone. They refuse to take the love seat back in any other packing materials. I would not use them again. I'm stuck with a love seat that I cannot return and awaiting a refund on the broken sofa. Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. Shame on you HomeClick. "
"The delivery process was ridiculous. I told the shipper I was leaving for vacation and set up a date upon my return. He was rude and tried to deliver while I was away. I had to call them from vacation to resolve. Set up new date and they said they would call the day before with approximate time. They did not call. I called them to confirm and asked driver to call my cell phone an hour before. He did not call. This was a TERRIBLE delivery company. I would not buy from HomeClick again if the purchase could not be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. This was a $3,000 Viking Grill.
Update 3/17 - Immediately after posting this review, I received a nice call from HomeClick. They promised to investigate the shipper and issued me a $100 store credit for my trouble. I do a lot of internet shopping and this is by far the best customer service I have ever seen. I will continue to be a HomeClick customer."
