"I ordered this product on May 6th and still have not received it. I kept tracking the package and the delivery date kept pushing back and back and back. Called shipping company and they informed me the package had been lost. They would get back to me shortly with more info. Waited and waited. Finally called them back to ask if any update. They said 'yes, didn't anyone call you?". No they didn't. Well, they found it and would ship it and wouldn't receive it until june 8. I said we were suppose to move into our new place on June 5th and needed it by then. Nothing they could do. Said to call home click. I did. Was told nothing they could do either. They wouldn't let me cancel it because it had shipped already. Even though I could have received it with in a couple of days from another company. Stuck waiting for shipment. HomeClick customer service said he could credit back some of the purchase price. I would receive an email later in the day with the info on it. Never received it. Now will be in our new home without a bathroom sink/vanity for a few days. Biggest mistake ordering from HomeClick.
Update... After this original review I was contacted by a customer service manager from homeclick. She was able to follow up where the other person did not.
YRC Freight finally found the shipment and scheduled a delivery with me for a window of 11am to 3pm on Wed, June 6th. I took time off of work to wait at home for delivery. At 2:45pm called YRC to find out when exactly would it be arriving since my window was almost up and had to get back to work. The person at YRC told me to call the driver myself to find out. Called his cell and he said he was just given the order about 1.5 hours prior and hadn't picked up my delivery and could not do it today because he was so busy. Complete waste of my time to miss work and wait for nothing. The driver said he could do it first thing the following morning. He kept his word and it was delivered first thing on June 7th. We opened the package to start the install of the vanity and sink. Sink was completely broken. I contacted HomeClick right away and they were going to contact manufacturer to send replacement sink. It is now June 18th and I still do not have a functioning vanity and sink. No replacement sink has arrived. Placed original order on May 6th. This has been a complete nightmare. No idea when it will be over. If they would have just let me cancel the order once they lost it. But no. They couldn't be troubled with an order that was shipped already (despite it being lost) but I guess it is ok for me to be inconvenienced. Although, I did get $75 credited back to me for some of the trouble. Lost more money from missing work waiting for a delivery that never came.
New update... after waiting on 6/21 for my delivery window of 9:30am to 12:30pm from YRC. Shipment arrived at 2PM. Opened the box and this time the sink was not broken! After lifting off the styrofoam discovered the top of the sink has several scratches on the porcelain. Cannot go without a bathroom sink any longer and tired of dealing with HomeClick and especially YRC freight. So, installing a less than perfect sink. After placing my order on 5/6/12 and getting usable product by 6/21 I just want it to end. "

"Brought a wall clock that I've been looking for. Price seemed reasonable/comparable to others I've seem. The purchase was smooth and the item came promptly. One minor is that the shipping track email came the same day the item arrived. I guess better late than never. Hopefully next time I can get the tracking so I know when to expect it.
