"Customer service at HomeClick is great - any questions or concerns we have are addressed fairly quickly. Shipping is fast and easy to track, BUT if you live in Canada, there are a few things that are a pain: if you have your purchases shipped to a U.S. depot, you have to pay for each package you pick up and HomeClick divides up orders and ships them in three or four parts, for some crazy reason. Ask specifically that they hold all items ordered and ship them at one time to avoid getting dinged for each package. This makes dealing with Customs and paying taxes easier as well because everything is on one receipt and one packing slip, instead of one receipt and five packing slips :("
"I had a horrible experience with your company. I do not plan on ever using you again. I have also spread the word to my friends and family about your horrible customer service. You had pictured on your website a firepit for $220. I ordered it, only to receive a cherub reading a book statue. When trying to return the item I was told about the picture mix up and was told that I would just get my money back. Jennifer Breese was the contact I was given. I called her and she only chose to respond by email. Her emails were patronizing. I work in customer service also, and it's not my fault that someone in yor company advertised a product for the wrong price, however I am the one suffering. Even after Jennifer admitted to me that it was your mistake she would not honor my purchase. "
"I hadn't heard of HomeClick before making my purchase. I relied heavily on their BBB rating and also after talking with a representative at HomeClick, I felt comfortable with making my purchase. I have to say it was an incredible experience. They were professional, prompt and they processed my order on time. Thanks to their free shipping offer, I saved a significant amount over other retailers, including Amazon (Where I have often shopped). In fact I purchased a Broil King Sovereign 90 grill and the price delivered to my home was almost $200 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. "Ordered Full over Full bunkbed set with steps for my boys. The steps arrived perfectly. They were put together (a bonus for my husband) and look GREAT! It is exactly as I imagined it would be.
The only issue I had was they arrived before the beds. Turns out this was partially our fault. We had 2 calls from a rep. for the delivery company and we returned one and scheduled delivery thinking that since the two pieces went together and were going to the same address, that they would be on the same truck, wrong. The steps are here, but we needed to return the other call fromt he delivery rep. in order to arrange delivery of the beds. I'm guessing this was because I had accidentally ordered there separately and a day apart. I do not fault Homeclick for this, but caution everyone to make sure you keep track of order numbers so you can make sure your scheduling delivery for all items at the same time.

"I ordered hinges. They came when expected and was charged the correct amount. They did however send 6 more than I ordered. The last order I made was 2 faucets and received the wrong ones. They did pickup the wrong ones and ship correct ones. I think the order fillers arrent given enough time to get order correct or don't care."
"Me and a roomate recently moved into a new apartment and needed to buy a sectional couch so we shopped on homeclick.com. We looked under sectionals and couldn't believe the prices. We picked out a sectional that was $470 and the entire sectional was pictured on the advertisement. The website said to allow 5-7 business days for delivery and after about a week we received an email saying our billing address was incorrect. We corrected this immediately and then waited an additional week for shipping. The item shipped out a few days later than the expected ship date and we called the company to ask about this.
We had been living in our apartment with no furniture for about a month at this point. The customer service representatives were very unhelpful and rude and finally agreed to 'do what he could' to get the item shipped out sooner. It was shipped the following day and the expected delivery date was the following Monday. I took off work and waited all day for the item to be delivered and finally called homeclick. I was transferred to another person and hung up on and then called back and was sent to a voicemail. I waited a few more hours and then called back and was given the delivery company's phone number. I spoke with them and was told that we were supposed to set up a delivery appointment with them. The website we ordered from was supposed to let us know this, but of course did not. We tried to schedule a delivery appointment for the next day and a woman was relaying messages between us and her boss and refusing to do it the next day. Then she gave the phone to her very condescending manager and he said that when they delivered the sectional we would have to have someone there to take it off the truck or they wouldn't leave it. This was a bit disconcerting considering we were supposed to get 'free delivery'. Apparently they don't carry it up to your door if you don't live on the first floor, let alone take it off the truck. When asking about this, the manager said 'Honey, we are a delivery company, not a moving service.' We were told that the delivery driver would call us in advance so we could have someone there to help us carry it up the stairs considering we are two female college students. The driver called me the next day at 10am when my roomate had to be at work at 10:30 and let me know that he was 10 minutes away and calling in advance so we could have people come help us. 10 minutes isn't quite enough time for someone to drive over and the truck would leave if we didn't have someone to help.
When the driver arrived he opened the truck and all that he had for us was a corner seat of the sectional. We were very upset and confused by this and the truck driver helped take it off the truck surprisingly and we carried it up the stairs ourselves. I called homeclick.com and was told that what I purchased was in fact just the corner seat of a sectional. For $470! The advertisement on their website features a picture of an ENTIRE sectional and no where on there says it is only the corner seat. The ad was very misleading and every time I spoke to a customer service representative I said I was waiting on my SECTIONAL to arrive and no one bothered to tell me it wasn't actually the entire sectional. I specifically stated that I was waiting for an ENTIRE couch to arrive and that it was very large and we had no furniture. I'm a bit confused why no one felt the need to explain to me that I wasn't receiving a sectional, but a corner seat. This does me no good.
Now I am faced with returning this piece of furniture at the cost of delivery and I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee. ($70) After I set up a means to return this piece I will have to wait 5-7 business days before I am refunded my money. This means that I will be without any furniture for an additional few weeks and will be unable to purchase one until my money is refunded. I have now read many reviews from people who had trouble getting their money back after returning something. This worries me greatly and I called the company and asked for detailed instructions on their return policy. I will follow these directly and hopefully have no trouble like many others did.
I would not advise that ANYONE uses this website as they are misleading, take FOREVER with delivery, and the customer service representatives are extremely rude and unhelpful."

"Everything was fine except the information on shipping.
I was originally told it would ship in late July, then got an email saying it was shipped/shipping on July 10th. It didn't arrive. I called and was told it would ship on AUGUST 10. Someone didn't change the month in the email. I subsequently got a message saying it shipped in July 19th and I have since received it.
Information needs to be clear and updated correctly on shipping. I was so confused as to when I would see my product."
