"I returned a chandelier to you, but the process was not a great experience. I received it on June 5, 2012 and after looking at it I was not happy with it. I called on June 9 (Saturday) to get a RA# to return it, and waited the 24 hours for someone to call me back, no one did. On June 11 (Monday) I called again and went along the same process of waiting 24 hours, and once again no one did. On June 13 (Wednesday) I spoke to the ordering department and told them that no one had contacted me for I could return the item, that person contacted a person by the name of Jennifer. She call me and a message on my cell phone, where she gave me the RA# and told me there was a email that was sent earlier to me with this information. I checked my email and I never received one from you, and I called her back to let her know and ask her to please call me, but she never returned my call. I took the package to FEDEX and mail it with the RA# on it, to the return address (Currey & Co., Inc.). On June 15 I spoke to Steve at HomeClick, and he told me my money would be returned to me along with the shipping cost. The whole proceess was not very good or pleasant, it should have been easier than this. Today I will make another attemp to asked if I have been refunded as of today."
