"Any contact I had with a HomeClick representative was helpful and prompt. I did have some issues with the shipping. I was given an "on or before" ship date when the order was placed. When I finally received shipping information, I saw that the order had actually shipped after the date given. I was not given any kind of tracking number or shipment status until the day the product was delivered - which made coordinating a change in delivery impossible, as the delivery company needs a tracking or invoice number.
