"Received the item damaged. Have attempted to contact the company to institute their return policy but the 888 number is blocked. I sent 3 email through there customer service website and none have been answered! Their customer service email address is also not valid.
I am so far not impressed with the customer service aspect of this company and would likely not purchase anything from them in the future.
If I do not hear back from them shortly, I will have the charge for the item which is nearly $200 removed from my credit card.

They are addressing the technical problem with the order status page and although they can't do anything about the mantel manufacturer supply shortage Homeclick did offer to fulfill the order with a "scratch/dent" at a reduced price. "I'm extremely happy with the toto toilet I ordered. The price was $150 less than buying locally. I only question why the free shipping was via an 18 wheeler semi-truck. I live in a condo complex with a circle but there was no way that truck was going to get in and out (especially on a stormy day) Luckily I could get it in the back of my CRV which I am now trading for a Prius. I'm not sure I could have gotten it in a Prius. Since I live alone I had to be very creative in getting a 150 lb toilet out of the back of my car and into my condo."

"After ordering a new toilet from Homeclick.com, I read several reviews that made me nervious. So, I called their toll free phone number to verify that they had the item available and that it would be shipped within a day or two. It took less than two minutes on hold and spoke to a man who assured me of availability and prompt shipping.
Four business days later, the toilet arrived via freight carrier, who called prior to delivery to make sure someone would be home to accept delivery. He even gave me an exact time and only missed it by two minutes! I couldn't hope for anything better. In fact, I ordered another toilet on-line from Home Depot the same day and it's still not here yet.
Based on this one experience with no followup problems or issues, I couldn't be happier!"

"In the past my experience with Home Click has been satisfactory, however, this time is quite different.
Not only did the site indicate that the items I ordered were available & would ship within 1-2 business days, but, when I have contacted Customer Service twice regarding the status of this order and my ipression is that they simply do not care.
Moreover, on either occaision, Home Click's "customer service department" could provide no information whatsoever as to when my order ship let alone when it might be delivered.
I am thoroghly disgusted with Home Click's lackadaisical attitude and its utter failure to abide by its representations.
11.12.09: placed order 918796, all items indicated that they would ship in 1-2 days, i should also be noted that recently, I have orderd nearly $2000 in products from homeclick;
11.16.09: called homeclick customer service , however, representaive was unable to provide any information at all;
11.17.09: called homeclick customer service , however, representaive was again unable to provide any information, and rudely suggested that I, "call back tomorrow when the warehouse is open";
11.17.09: sent email to homeclick customer service at 5:31pm requesting status of the order, no response;
11.18.09: called homeclick customer service , represntative stated that items were scheduled to ship from the Manufactuer yesterday, however, the representative was neither able to confirm if the items had autally shipped nor was the representative able to provide an tracking information whatsoever.
11.19.09: after 8 days finally recieved notification that my order had shipped, however, this only serves to highlight another catagoric FAILURE on the part of homeclick, specifically:
On 11.18.09, I was contacted by a representaitve on behalf of Mr. Freydin (homeclick director of marketing), which provided assurance and promised that homeclick would ship my order overnight.
By virtue of the fact that I recieved an email providing tracking information that none of the items in the order are scheduled to arrive until 11.24.09, Mr. Freydin has failed to keep his promise.
I continue to be unreservedly disgusted homeclick's absence of customer care and perpetrated fabrications.
