"As a first statement "We are very satisfied with the Stoll Fireplace Doors and Screen". Searching with Google brought me to the Stoll product at HomeClick - that was quick. Researching the size of the product for fit was made simple with the directions in the product information. The price was the best I found in my searching. Ordering was simple and the follow up with HomeClick order confirmation was quick. Researching the shipment to our residence was easy and effective with the HomeClick Chat. I was impressed with the packaging for shipment - the doors were double boxed and strapped to a pallet - totally impressed! This entire purchase transaction and the product itself, both have impressed me. I will have no apprehension in recommending the HomeClick purchasing service and Stoll Fireplace Doors (the company of Stoll). Thank you. "

"This is my first shopping experience with Homeclick. I brought 3 Toto toilet, Homeclick didn't have the best price on internet, and there are some negative reviews about it also, so I was planning to go with another online store. Unfortunately, they don't have the toilet in stock even though their website indicates that. So, I called Homeclick, asked if they can match the price on the other site, the lady said yes, and placed my order, I asked her if toilet is in stock, she said yes, the website shows that. 5 days later, no shipping email, I was ready to cancel my order. But when I called, I was surprised to hear that my order already shipped 1 day after I placed order, and I got a tracking number from rep. I don't know why I didn't get shipping notification email, but couple days later, I got everything I ordered. Well, the toilet are still not installed yet, so, can't comment on that, but I did have a very good shopping experience with Homeclick. I recommend another friend to order toilet from this site.

"Ordered a hard to find (couldn't find the color in stock anywhere) towel warmer from Homeclick on October 1st and couldn't be happier. Their site said it was in stock but I called their 1-800 number just in case. The customer service rep (I think his name was Peter) was very helpful and I was able to complete my order with him. I received the towel warmer within a week.

Would shop here again! Thanks Homeclick!

Since Homeclick went thorough bankruptcy, I was hesitant to place an order.
However, I decided to take a chance.
Glad I did. They do have a best price if you factor in a shipping cost since I was ordering Toto Drake.
Place the order on 9/9/09, got merchandise on 9/21/09.

Although, it took longer than I like, price can’t be beat.
I use them again if I am not in the hurry.

"I ordered 2 sinks on 2/16:Two days later we discovered (buried in the specs fine print) that the 17 inch bar sink required 21 inches cabinet clearance & wouldn't fit. I attempted to cancel the order on 2/19; they said it was too late to cancel. When the sink arrived on 3/4/09 I got a return authorization # RA 221835 and shipped the sink back at my expense. I have confirmation of UPS delivery to them on 3/17/09, but nearly three weeks later they still haven't credited the refund minus a 15% restocking fee. They are no longer answering the phones; my email has gone unanswered, and I am out ~$300! JMW Tucson"

"CRAZY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION

Last year they charged me for a bunch of items on backorder then shut their doors. It took me 4 months to finally clear up their mess.

Now they contact me again with a special customer appreciation offer. HUH?

So since they opened things up again, I called them about the mess they put me in. Their response, "we're not legally responsible for orders under the former company named homeclick.com"

That was certainly a promosing response. Nothing has changed in terms of customer service and corporate policy.

"I purchased 4 ceiling fans from Homeclick on March 2nd. I was charged immediately, and in my confirmation email I was told that it would ship at the latest on the 6th... of March. Almost 4 weeks later, still no ceiling fans. I have left multiple messages, and I have left messages for Randy, Jed the customer service supervisors. Before you purchase try calling the 800 number. It will tell you that there business hours are between 9-6 Eastern and to call back when they are open. It does not matter what time of day that you call; the recording does not change. Obviously I am frustrated. I will respond later if I ever get a call back from "customer service"."

"I ordered a fireplace insert the end of September & received it the end of November. It worked for a week, then the sounds disappeared but the flame still worked. I tried to contact them for many many weeks, talked to a live person twice, but no solution. They finally told me to call the importer [Twin Star]. I also have many phone calls into them with NO CONTACT, only to leave a message. [Seems like another company that isn't customer oriented!]

It seems like Homeclick is only an order taker, that they have no real warehouse. They take the order & then try to get the merchandise from someone to ship it to you. But they will charge you immediately.

Read all the reviews and if you want problems send them an order. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them

"I cant believe I ordered from them before I checked the reviews. They are running a scam. I am a great internet shopper and I fell for it. They will tellyou they have the item in stock. After you place they order the confirm will say the item is backordered. When you try to cancel they will tell you they cannot accept the cancellation becuase the item is being processed. It happened to me and a lot of others. Stay away from these low-lifes."

"This store is Horrible. This is the first time I've ever written a review on store and I've been shopping on-line for 8 years. I placed an order they say should ship is 7 - 10 days. Here we are 2 weeks later not a single word from them. They were quick to bill my credit card. trying to get customer service, GOOD LUCK."
