"Worst experience I have encountered, would never again buy a fireplace on line. I have built several homes and have never had the trouble that I had with this FMI fireplace. I ended up fixing the bad design by myself (of course nothing that would void the non-existent warranty). I will say; other than not receiving a response as to how to fix this bad designed fmi fireplace, I don't have a problem with homeclick, mainly FMI. Apparently, fireplaces and parts are not very shippable (to individual consumers) without sustaining damage beyond use, which causes more hours trying to resolve. I appologize for my harshness but I feel you should know how I feel about my experience with this. "
"I ordered a shower handle on 1/17/10 from Home Click, it wasn't shipped until 2/2/10 and discovered what we received on 2/8/10 was the wrong part. I called customer service on 2/9/08 and spoke to someone who said the correct item would be shipped. By 2/22/10, the part had still not arrived, so I called customer service again and spoke to Aimee. She said I would be receiving confirmation and details from another dept. I didn't receive anything. On 2/26, I received a UPS notification on my door to pick up a package from Best Plumbing Supply. Before I could call to clarify this was the shower handle, I received another notice that the label was being sent back to Best Plumbing. I called Home Click again and spoke to Tasha who said a new request needed to be sent to Rohl to pick up the incorrect shower handle before a new one can be sent out. Realistically, we are looking at another few weeks before the new shower handle will arrive. This has taken way too long to fix a problem on their side."
"Great product. Good price. Poor communications. Good customer service. It was shipped 3 days after latest stated ship by date. No email that it had been shipped. Shipment lost. Second shipment made and no email about what was happening. Status panel on the web site does not contain shipping information. Received shipment 25 days after ordering."
"The medicine cabinet arrived with one of the mirrors broken at the lower corner. It was very well packed but the corners were not protected. I immediately contacted Homeclick, was told by Customer Service to provide pictures of the damage. I sent those by email and was told to wait for the Return Authorization by Athina. Today, February 25, I still have not received any reply. I cannot use the cabinet and had to order another one to proceed with the renovation of my bathroom.

"I love the product; it's pretty much what I expected for the money. Everything works well; and, the best part was that there was no assembly required.
While the customer service employees were ALWAYS friendly and nice, they gave vague and sometimes erroneous information. In an attempt to make arrangements for someone to be home and receive the delivery, I made several calls to customer service (passed the promised ship date); not one individual was able to confirm that my order had been shipped. I came home one day and there it was just sitting on my front porch for the whole world to see and possibly steal (thank GOD I live in decent neighborhood). And this, I might add, was something that customer service assured me would not happen. When I looked at the packing slip, they did not even have the correct phone number had they wanted to alert me of the delivery. I was a little shocked since I provided that information to the company as a part of the order process. A day or two after my order was delivered I received a "your order has been shipped" e-mail from HomeClick.com; I just shook my head and chuckled to myself, “what a joke!”
The ambiguous information surrounding the shipment of my order and the mishandling of the information that I provided to the company will most likely deter me from ever ordering from this company again."
"Like so many others – I wish I had read the comments about slow or nonexistent delivery BEFORE I ordered a $6,000 Jacuzzi from Homeclick LLC. That employee training Mr. Freydin (Homeclick - Director of Marketing) bragged about must have been to cheerfully stall, mislead and delay instead of instituting procedures that actually get the product to the customer in a timely manner.
When I placed the original order the sales person assured me that while the website said 3-5 weeks, things were slow and it would ship in three weeks or less. When that did not happen the second customer service representative said that “he checked with Jacuzzi” (a lie they do not deal with Jacuzzi directly) and that the tub had to be “made” and it would be an additional two weeks. When that did not happen the third sales representative actually checked with the “VENDER” who said it would be another 3 weeks PLUS time in transit.
Speaking of “time in transit”; other companies’ ship direct from the manufacturer to the customer. Homeclick adds an additional step of shipping, by shipping from the manufacturer to a vender, and then eventually, maybe, to the customer.
Other venders (I.E. Faucet Direct) order DIRECTLY from Jacuzzi and shipping time is 3 to 7 days (not 3 to 7 WEEKS or more), the product ships directly from the manufacturer to the customer, and they willingly matched Homeclick’s price.
Mr. Freydin was correct when he says they do not actually charge your credit card until the product actually ships. Good news for me because I closed the credit card before I cancelled the order and they could not charge me a restocking fee.

"Very helpful customer service, but if you have a policy of using UPS, it would be helpful to let your customers know that submitting a PO Box as their shipping address won't work. Our items were delayed by several weeks because they had to be returned to the warehouse and then re-shipped to a physical address. Again, customer service remedied this issue, but sending an email notification about shipping methods and physical addresses BEFORE initial shipment would save everyone time and money"
