"I walked into the store to pick up my order. When I approached the service desk, one associate was helping a customer with returns/refund. The other associate was standing at another service desk register and finally asked if I needed assistance. I told her that I was there to pick up an order that I had placed online. This associate told me that I would have to wait on the other employee and she left the desk area to go greet people at the entrance door. I waited another 8 minutes until the first associate finished helping the other customer. It took less than a minute for her to confirm my ID, give me the merchandise (that was sitting on a shelf, clearly marked, right behind her) and for me to leave. I don't know why I had to wait so long. The process seemed easy enough for the associate that finally did assist me. I would not recommend this process to anyone, at least not at this store."
"started out great. Received message on Wednesday my item would be in the store by Sunday. I would receive another message when it was ready for pickup with instructions. No message over the weekend. Monday I went to the store to inquire. Clerk said she would look up the status. Her reply was "Yes it is here. Would you like to pick it up now?". Other than not receiving the ready-for-pickup message, my experience was good."
"I thought there should have been a logout for the site. I had trouble being sure I was off the site. The package did arrive 4 days sooner then was stated on my order. That was a plus!!"
"The Pocatello Home Depot store is one of the best Home Depot's, if not the best Home Depot, that we have shopped at. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and well trained on where "stuff" is in the store.
If all of your stores offered the Pocatello level of service, the "blue" box would be in trouble. "
