"I placed my order on 08/0713. I had not received the item by 08/19 and called. The Rep called the manufacturer and was told it would ship the following day. Well, I had to call again, 08/27, and ask where my order was. I was told the item was no longer available but there were two suggested products. Neither of which was what I wanted! Why did I have to call to find this out? Why wasn't I notified much earlier? I've had my shower project on hold too long because of this company. Let's see how long it takes for them to refund my purchase! I do not recommend this company."
"Ordered my Toto toilet on 8/19, and received email on 8/20 saying that item is in stock and ready to ship. On 8/22, called to see why they have not shipped, and they said item was back-ordered (meaning they never had it in stock) but they apologized and said it would be sent on 8/23 at the latest and should arrive by 8/30. 1st call they refuse to expedite my shipment for free, and I got irate, so I talked with supervisor, which assure me that they will send it out quickly but cannot do a refund. 2nd call someone else issued me the refund same day. To be fair I did order another Toto from them 2 years ago and it was great. I guess most online plumbing suppliers are like this (skip website, call them so someone can verify in-stock or not), so only order online if you have another working toilet at home while you wait 2 weeks (I didn't)..."
