"6 weeks and I still do not have my faucet. Total sale was OVER $1200.00 and customer service told me that it will be ANOTHER 1-2 weeks on backorder> My construction schedule is blown apart, customer service could care less, as a matter of fact, customer service rep told me that if I was not happy, I could cancel the order and buy it somewhere else. The price that I paid is so low that I should expect to have to wait for the items. $1200+ for a faucet, to me, is alot of money. To Homeperfect, it really doesn't mean much, THEY DON'T CARE. I would NOT buy or recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!!!!"

"Best price I could find on my dream faucet locally or online. I called to check stock and then placed my order with their sales rep. He was really helpful and informed me on the status of my order daily. My faucet ended up coming days sooner than I expected. Best service I received from an online company hands down!"

"So far so good. The black bar faucet arrived yesterday - about 4 working days. Packaging and delivery were great. However, when we looked at it next to our 15 square bar sink it was way too large for the sink. I need to return it. "I have purchased to tub from HomePerfect at a very great price. I had received my order on time but unfortunately my tub was damaged. "I just received the sink I ordered and am happy with the turn-around and the product. Let me say, though, that after I ordered I read all the reviews and had my doubts. Doubts started with the fact that the website showed the sink in stock but when I got my confirmation it listed out of stock. Okay, so Home Perfect needs to keep their website better up to date. I felt a little better, though, when I noticed the website said "Out of stock - delivery in 1-2 weeks" the next day. Not as good when I called their number and was told more like 3-4 weeks. A little better when I realized the person on the other end had a NY-ish accent and I wasn't talking to an overseas person as some had indicated. Still, I wasn't sure when I would get the sink and expected to have to wait a whole month, or have some other hassles. Had I stumbled into a quagmire? Imagine my surprise when I get a notice from UPS that the sink was going to be delivered on March 20, only 9 days after I ordered it. Shipment came directly from the manufacturer (in California). Overall, I am very happy with both the price (beat others by $40) and the shipment. I would use them again. "

"We ordered a Blanco granite sink system via phone to the customer service. Customer service was excellent. Christy Landry, who took our order was very knowledgable and helpful in determining what we needed for our project, how long it would take to receive the product (we needed to coordinate delivery closely with the contractors doing the kitchen). The prices are excellent. Delivery was quick and without a hitch. The out of stock items were identified ahead of time to make sure they would not interfer with the project. These items were delivered when Christy told us they would be available. Status updates were sent routinely through e-mails, keeping us informed of when to expect delivery of the products.

The whole process was flawless! This is an excellent outfit to order from, especially through an order call.

"I would NOT recommend Home Perfect.

I ordered a pair of shower trims, for which Home Perfect had a competitive price. They were showing as 'In stock and shipping within 1-2 days'. I also ordered a bunch of other items to go with it, such as shower hose, valves, shower handles etc. These were not at the best price, but it was convenient to include them with the main part of the order, which was the trims.

Some time after ordering, I received and email notification, telling me that actually the shower trims were backordered and may take 3 weeks.

I sent them a message asking for confirmation if this was the case, since the items were still showing as 'in stock' on their website, but I received no response. Then I happened to note a message on the order page, saying that the other items in the order had been dispatched.

If I hadn't been told this, I would have cancelled the entire order. Since they had sent items, cancelling and returning those items would have been expensive, due to their unfair and one-sided returns policy. So I had to suck it up and just cancel the trims.

BUT... to add insult to injury, I received the shipping notification nearly a week later. They hadn't actually dispatched the other items when they claimed to.

My suspicion is that Home Perfect are using BAIT AND SWITCH. They list a few items at good prices, and pretend they are in stock. Then they claim they have dispatched other items so that you have to buy those from them.

I have emailed them asking for an explanation, but they did not reply. Even at that time, those trims were still showing as 'in stock'. I will never buy from them again, and I urge any other prospective customers to think again.

"I've ordered from Home Perfect a couple of times, once a couple of years ago, and then recently. Their price is generally pretty competitive. For the recent purchase, I had questions and they responded to my e-mail relatively quickly. For the purchase a couple of years ago, I called them and asked a few questions before placing the order on the phone. The person on the phone didn't know everything, but she verified with somebody else. The items arrived within their promised time in both situations (no more than a couple of weeks). Overall, for a competitive low price outfit, Home Perfect is reasonable to work with."
