"Ordered a MOEN Bathroom Faucet--the cost was $10-20 less than most others charged, no shipping cost, and it arrived the next day. The item was exactly as advertised. Very happy with this shopping experience."

"I ordered a bathtub faucet a few days ago. When I purchased the item it never flag that it was on back order. Once I found out, I tried to find someone to talk to find out the status. I emailed 3 times and try to call their 1-***-***-****. For some reason, the "number is not working in my area". It have been a frustrating process. With all the bad review I've read, it really not boosting my confidence with this company. I checked on Better Business Bureau, and I found out their application have be REVOKED. They had 65 complaints just in the last 6 months!!!! OMG! Their rating are D-. "

"found them online because of cheapest prices on kitchen sink faucets and soap dispensers. had exactly what i was looking for and even undercut my wholesale sources in the bay area here. i ordered and then about went into shock when i read a considerable number of bad reviews. however....my salesperson frank was just terrific. i was promised the product in about 2-3 weeks time and after a period of time went by i contacted the manufacturer myself of the faucet etc and found out that it would be delayed for about a week to 10 days. the very next day i got an e-mail from frank telling me just that. in other words the company stayed in constant touch with me. i received the products today in perfect condition and exactly what i ordered. total time was a little less than one month. i thought that their service was awesome and their prices are simply unbeatable. to me as a designer (avocationally) a combination that cannot be beat. "

"Extremely bad service after sale. One of our order was on hold due to different addresses (Billing and Delivery. We cancelled it while it was on hold. The sales person refused to cancel and are still holding it.
The other ordered was cancelled by the company because it was "out of stock". At the time of placing the order the item was shown "ON STOCK".

We never get a reply to our mails. Be careful withe post sales departemnt of this company. We have not receievd the money back we paid. Most probably we have to fight back, as the sale persons are behavaing very stubbronly

"Communication from Home Perfect has been dismal. It is a week since my order and I have not received the product, been notified of a refund, nor been sent any shipping or credit information. A few minutes after submitting my order, it was decided to be the wrong style of vent. A call was made to cancel the order and an email was sent asking the same. The CSR stated it was a vendor drop ship and the order would be requested to cancel but there would be no guaranty of cancelling. So, I am in limbo after leaving messages and still have the charge on my credit card and have not seen the product. Frustrating with the lack of communication. "

"This company is most likely a TOTAL SCAM! Ordered 2/25, received confirmation e-mail's and was charged. No status update since, still says "Processing." E-Mailed customer service on 3/1 with only automated response, no contact as stated. Called 3/5 to check if in-stock and fake a new order (to hear response), and spoke with the same guy whose voice is on the automated phone system. He said my item "ships from our warehouse in California and they're not open yet, will have to call back." When I told him I ordered a week ago he said, "Oh, well just because it's in stock doesn't mean yours will ship. You called the wrong department." I was then transfered to customer service to sit on hold. When a representative finally answered, he took my order # and placed me on hold before being disconnected. Called back to cancel order and when finally getting through, I was told that this item drop ships from the manufacturer (conflicting info) and can't refund until they receive confirmation of cancelation from manufacturer. I informed him that I would be placing a dispute (charge back) with my credit card company."

"Same story as the other dissatisfied customers. Ordered Jan 5, was advised 2-3 week backorder, but they billed my CC anyway. Still shows "processing" as of Feb 27. Cancelled order. Hope they have the sense to issue a credit quickly!"

"Ordered shower doors on 1/8/2012. Chose Home Perfect for their reasonable price on this product. They did say it was on back order for 4 weeks. In 2 days it will be 7 weeks and still no product. THEY HAVE MY MONEY THOUGH. A week ago, I had to call to find out where my merchandise is. Was told the delay was on the part of the manufacture and to give it another week. So today is a week and a day later. STILL NO PRODUCT SENT OUT. I call this morning only to get transferred around and put on hold for 45 minutes. When I do finally get someone, he says he will call manufacture to find out what the delay is but tells me it may take awhile. By days end I do not hear from him so awhile is going to be AWHILE. So tomorrow I will try one more time to see what is going on with my purchase. If I remain in the same place I have been for 7 weeks, I will cancel my order and get my money back. Now I believe I am a reasonable and patient person. However, situations like these make my life more difficult then it needs to be. I hope tomorrow I am blessed with the information that I seek...otherwise I will have fallen victim to Home Perfect like so many others by their misleading and poor services. Update: Called today to cancel after I got another excuse...puts me on hold AGAIN and informs me my merchandise will be here in a week(NOW 8 WEEKS )after he just called manufacture while I was on hold to verify. Hope that is true. I believe in GOD and miracles do happen. To be continued...I cancelled the order. Funny how after a bad review is posted, the next day a great review shows up the very next day."

"It took 37 days to get my order. I placed my order on Jan. 21. The first update I received was Feb. 6 telling me the order had been processed. I finally received by item Feb. 27. I'm use to ordering from Amazon and getting my item within a week. It was a good thing this item was not needed to complete a project on a time schedule.
I ordered because of the excellent price. If I needed something quickly I would have to look elsewhere even if the price was exceptional from Home Perfect.

"When I placed my order, website said the item was in stock, would ship in 1-3 days. After a week I inquired about my order and was told it was backordered and it wouldn't be available until 2-3 weeks. Home Perfect had allready charged my credit card. I cancelled the order and Home perfect credited my credit card. I can not recommend this company."
