"Horrible service! This is the first time I have ever rated ANY on-line merchant...obviously I have strong negative feelings for this merchant. I placed my first order, over $1000, and was given a $20 gift certificate on a future order. When I placed the second order, again well over $1000 worth of product, I was to get another $20 gift certificate. One of the items on the second order was to be available in 2-3 weeks when I placed the order. Well at 4 weeks it was still 2-3 weeks out. Since that item was holding up the plumbers, sheetrockers, insulators, etc of our new home build, I had that item cancelled. My credit was $20 short b/c they kept my gift certificate. They never sent the gift certificate from the 2nd order. Obviously, $40 in in the scheme of things is negligible. What really irritated me was the run-around I rec'd from them. My request kept jumping to different "customer service" reps who would not even look up the order numbers themselves. I had to keep giving them the date of order, order number, amount of sale EACH time. I never got the $20 credit. "
"HomePerfect has a system glitch. I tried to follow up on my shipment after my credit card had been charged to get tracking information. I tried to create an account online to do so and was tolfd that I already had one and that a password would be emailed me. Never received it. I tried again with the same results. I called order services ln 2/3 and was told that 3/4 of the order shipped. I asked for a tracking number and was told it was being emailed to me. Never got it. I was told by the representative that there were 3 ways to get tracking information , I had tried 2. On 2/5 Isubmitted an email to ****@****, the 3rd way, and received an automated response that said they would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. Never heard a word. I called on 2/7 and after 20 minutes was given a tracking number. I was told that an email had been sent to me, but I never got it. I asked them to verify my email adress and it was correct. Ironically, I am receiving their marketing emails and have added them to my address book. Nothing has shown up in junk mail. My shipment arrived on 2/7 by FedEx. I will be reluctant to use Home Perfect in the future unless they can straighten out their lack of communication regarding orders to the customer. Please share this info with them as I have no way to do it electronically."
"One of the best customer services I ever experience. Placing the order was easy as pie. When we got the order some things came broken. My wife called and was told exactly how we would have to go about this issue. A couple weeks later we received the items we needed and now were sitting in luxury."
"I ordered two items online and Home Perfect charged my credit card immediately. The next (and only) email I received, the following day, said "out of stock" for each item. After 6 weeks passed, I began calling for order status- got folks with "Irish" names but strangely Indian or Pakistani accents. I called order status 4-5 times over 3 weeks. They always promised someone would send me an email within 24 hours, but no one ever did. The last "customer service rep" said "We'll have to contact the manufacturer". Again, no email or call came from Home Perfect. After 5 more days, I cancelled the order, and fortunately got my money back. I recommend buying from any other vendor than Home Perfect. Note that the apparent Home Perfect satisfaction rating of 4 stars out of 5 comes from them, not from customers. Caveat emptor."

"We ordered a Blanco Diamond series granite kitchen sink on 1/30/12. On 2/01/12 at around noon the FedEx driver was in our TN driveway with the item. The tracking info was in my email the day I placed the order and it was on the delivery truck early the next morning. The tracking process couldn't have been easier. We couldn't be happier with the delivery time, the product itself, or the price paid. The same exact sink at a major home improvement store (their name ends in owes) was nearly twice the price. Christy at Home Perfect was great to work with both on the phone and in email responses. I would recommend Home Perfect to anyone. "
"Don't expect an email order confirmation, and beware the heavy penalties for return orders. Recommend you do business elsewhere, their off-shore customer service is rude and inflexible regarding their own mistakes. This appears to be a consistent complaint about no order confirmation."
