"I called customer support to check stock on two sinks and was told both IN STOCK. I was also promised they would ship out within next day. These were ordered for a project that was underway. With bathroom torn apart and no sinks 6 days later, I decided to call and check status. NOW I am told out of stock and 3-4 week delivery time expected. Needless to say I canceled the order and still have no sinks. I know that I was promised this information so they would get the sell. Watch out for HomePerfect.com, they are not perfect at all and I will never use them again."

"I can tell you one thing for sure I have not received my part yet.
Every time I try to call about it I get put on hold forever and always told some excuse. I want my product ! When and if I ever get my item I will never order anything from here again !!

"I ordered a dryer booster fan, that was in stock when ordered. Only after I paid for it and I called to get info on when it would ship, did I find out that it was then on back order and would not be here for a few weeks. I called to cancel the order. After being on hold for 20 minutes and dealing with a disinterested representative, I was told that the order had been cancelled, that I would receive my refund in 1 to 2 days, and that I would receive e-mail confirmation.

I read the reviews here and sent an additional e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order. I am yet to hear back that the order was cancelled or get the notification of refund that I was promised.

The communication and customer follow up is definitely not on par with other retailers. The hassle caused takes away from what I thought was a good deal.

"WAY too slow in sending your items. And their site is lackluster; there's no clear way to track where your delivery is, and the amount of work it takes to hunt down your order is ridiculous. I found out that my items were several weeks back-ordered after I reached out to customer service; there was no alert letting me know that the items I ordered were not currently available. That's key information that needs to be disclosed to the customer at during the purchase process so that we may opt for another option. I'm not a fan of Home Perfect."

"I will never deal with these people again! The item I ordered was "in stock" but when I still hadn't received it 2 weeks later I called and was told it was on back order and would arrive in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no item so I called back and was told another 1-2 weeks! By now our project is on hold and my credit card has been charged. When I asked them to remove the charge until the item ships I was told it couldn't be done! I cancelled the order and when i ordered the item from a local merchant i was told the mfgr has them in stock and would ship right away! They are hard to reach, I was put on hold for 25 minutes at one time and English is poor. Though their prices may be lower than others that little savings is definitely not worth the hassle!! STAY AWAY!!!"

"We placed a $600 order on 11/26 and never received an email confirmation. Called on 11/28 and was told that customer service was closed because it was "black Monday." Called on 11/29 to India and was promised a call back and confirmation email of our order. Neither was received. I did get a spam sales email from them. Called India back later same day- after being on hold for 10 minutes got a recording that no one was available. Called the sales department and was yelled at and hung up on by "Frank" who said he was losing sales commission speaking to me about my online order. So far our expirence with this retailer is horrible.

As a side note, I looked this company up on Hoovers. States that they have been in business since 2008 and lists Russell Ackner as Vice President. "Frank" never heard of this guy and doesn't know who the owners of the company are. Real company name is "Elemental Partners LLC". Think I will look up their Better Business Bureau listing.

*** Immediately after posting this review, I got a call from this company apologizing for the poor treatment received from “Frank” and letting me know that a glitch in the email system was being rectified. I was also given a timeframe for shipment of the products ordered and was told that I could call back any time with questions. I wish I could have gotten this sort of service from the get-go. But better late then never. I will revise my review further with additional stars once I receive all products ordered damage free in the timeframe of about 3 weeks discussed today.

Update 12/22/11 Never recieved a shipping confirmation. Did evenutally get all products ordered and everything looked great and worked. If it wasn't for Alex, I would have been miserable with this company. He was very helpful.

"Slow, very slow compared to efaucet or faucet .com. Called customer service and talked to someone called Adam. He told me Customer service was closed because it was Cyber Monday the busiest day of the year. I asked why they didn't get more people and he told me because it would cost too much money......very arrogant . Trying to get new customers at the expense of existing ones. Shop somewhere else ....these clowns won't be in business long............................."

"Frank helped me order a Blanco sink. I received a nice price and free shipping, plus fast shipping. Due to the pleasant shopping experience with Frank, I shopped there again and got 2 Blanco faucets. I am remodeling my kitchen. I will probably get a few more things, and will most likely shop at Home Perfect. Very nice company, fast delivery, better pricing, it's all good!"
