"BUYER BEWARE!!! Make sure you read the return policy of this place. I ordered a $600 faucet, when it arrived at my house I looked at it and it didn't look as I thought it would with my kitchen so I was wanting to return it. Homeperfect has a 25% restocking fee and they subtract outgoing shipping and you have to pay for it to be shipped back! To return my $600 faucet would cost me almost $200 so I would only get about $400 back!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I'm trying to sell it back to a local manufacturer for cheaper than I bought it but more than it would cost me to send it back to Home-im-perfect! I hope this helps you and I would never buy anything from this place again!!!"
"When I placed my order they said my item was in stock. After a week of seeing my order in "processing status", I sent them an e-mail asking what was the reason for the delay. They responded that my item was in 1 - 2 week backlog. If I had known that when I placed the order, I would have continued my search. "
"I ordered an item that was listed in stock. A couple of days later got an email it was in stock and order is now in processing state. I called after 4 days and was told that the item is 2-3 weeks backordered. I checked on their website and it still said on the same item that is in stock and ships in 1-2 business days. "Overall experience was very good. Ordered a sink, faucet and hardware. I only had two minor problems. One was I had to go to the manufacturers website to see the actual color options for the faucet and garbage disposal flange. I could not view actual colors on the Home Perfect website. Second was that Home Perfect does not email you when they ship. It would be nice to receive shipping information so you can track your shipment. The farm sink arrived intact and I was very impressed with the very comprehensive packing material, pallet and all."

"very bad - order placed on 9/24 and billed to my credit card same day. When I called on 10/4 to find out when I could expect delivery I was told it would be shipping within the next 24 hrs. When I asked why the delay they replied it was on back order, so I said you should have told me that when I ordered so I could have placed my order elsewhere which is what I'm going to do now and cancelled the order."
"It took 3 days before the order was filled and it was shipped. It was sent ground so it took another week to get here.
The package had been opened and resealed. There were prints and dirt on the unit when i removed it from the damaged packing material. I would return it but my customer is to angry to wait any longer."

I'm told when I call that they had the wrong price in their system and would not honor my order or price (spoke with Adam). Claimed I would not find it cheaper than their new prices?
Even if I could not find it cheaper (I did find it for the same, and less with a coupon code the new retailer gave me) I will not buy from them again. Prices are low, but are they the real price."
"I placed the order over the phone and the associate was very helpful. When the order arrived it was incorrect. I called and left messages for two days, then sent an e-mail. Finally a response, but no call. They e-mailed me a return label for me to send back the incorrect order.
Meanwhile, I had placed a second order for my mom in CT, which never arrived. I paid with Paypal and the order sat in my cart online for 3 weeks.
I don't know why or how it happened, but after the e-mail it has been sent out. We all makes mistakes, but the part that really got me was the lack of communication. Let's hope they get this one right.
Update: They sent out the order that was in my cart, so that is done. (Order #1200039878)
In regards to the incorrect order. I returned it and had to order the correct one. The problem is that we're out another $250 until I get credit for the return. I received the correct one and have installed it, it looks great."
"So far so good. I have received half of my order, the other half had to be back ordered, but I knew ahead of time that would be the case.. What I did order arrived very quickly , and in excellent condition. I was able to track my order with the shipping number provided. And I was able to get excellent prices on what I bought from Home Perfect. If the rest of my order goes as well, then I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."
"Second time trying to submit a survey (1st attempt not received by survey company). I still have not received my order from Home Perfect after a number of days. Order process is fine but the logistics of getting a product appears to have some kinks in tbe process. Hope my order gets delivered. "
