"I ordered a Moen fixture Jan 24. After the order I checked the status which said "ready for shipment", but no tracking number. Feb 6, website still shows ready for shipment, but no tracking number. I called and talked to someone I could barely understand and he said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. Feb 14 still no tracking number, so I called and was told it was on back order for 2-3 weeks. I cancelled the order and did receive credit for the cancellation. "
"It is too bad that I didn't read the reviews before I placed my order for two very expensive towel bars. Certainly the items shipped as promised. One towel bar however had two right hand brackets. I too have had difficulty getting Home Perfect to send either a left bracket or replace the product all together. I finally gave up and contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer tells me they will ship a left hand bracket to me as soon as they are back in stock. I'm sure it will be weeks before I can finish the bathroom remodel that was started more than 4 months ago. Very disappointing. I will NEVER do business with Home Perfect again.
Update: A few days have passed and Home Perfect has sent a replacement. Persistance I guess is key."
"First, I think it's funny that they do not 'participate' with resellerratings, the very review they asked for... says a lot.
I ordered a sink on 2/1, website stated 'released for shipping' for a week until I called and complained on 2/8. Showed up on 2/9..I was shocked!
..However, product is a blem! Not surprised. Sink has a slight dent/crease in it and frankly based on what everyone says here, there is no sense in trying to get this replaced, especially after waiting a week and a half for this thing. (Website claimed next day shipping by the way)- Which should have gotten it to me in 2 days not 9.
Can't wait any longer to have my countertops templated.
Customer service is offloaded to India. Can barely understand them.

"Buyer beware!! This company charges a 25% restocking fee in addition to return shipping. This policy is NOT clear at the time of purchase.
I inadvertently made a mistake when ordering an expensive faucet -- needed one brand, ordered a different one by mistake.
When I realized my error, I used the online chat and asked if an accommodation could be made -- I will return before I ever open the box. The sales rep, whose name I am not mentioning because I think he's young, inexperienced, and untrained, was rude and defensive.
I will never do business with this company again and suggest that you take your business elsewhere."

I order online all the time from all types of home supply vendors, I WILL NEVER order from them again. They are completely unwilling or unprepared to correct their mistakes. The vendor shipped the wrong item. Simple mistake, I have been trying for over 1 week to get this resolved, I can not get them to ship the correct item, to answer my phone calls or return a phone call. IT IS PATHETIC. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING HOME PERFECT EVER. ZERO stars.

"I was hesitant to place an order after reading all of these horrible reviews. Spoke to Adam in sales who assured me that all of the products I wanted were in stock and would ship out that same day. I was still skeptical but figured it was worth a shot, considering the prices were fantastic and they had a huge selection of bathroom fixtures so I was able to get everything I needed from one place. I was incredibly surprised when the NEXT DAY everything in my ~$2,000 order was already delivered by the time I got home, shipped perfect and sealed in the boxes.
They have definitely won me over-hold time can be a bit long during the morning, but overall customer service from Adam was fantastic, selection was great, and prices cannot be beat. Most importantly, the order was shipped lightning fast and everything was in good working order. Highly recommended"
"Do not use this company it is a scam. The prices are too good to be true. I made a purchase over 10 days ago. It was supposed to ship the next day and get to me in 5 business days at the latest.
Customer service doesn't exist. They are great in placing the order but when you try to track it the sale doesn't exist. Their "customer service" is in a different Country and the sales person "Christy" doesn't exist. You will be put on hold for up to 20 minutes or disconnected over and over again.. One customer service person told me his name was Dick Bone...They refuse to give you their real names.
I reported this company to my Bank for Taking money for a product when the product doesn't exist. I also reported this companyto the the Better Business Bureau. You will loose your money."
"Very very rude. We purchased 1 towel ring from Home Perfect and the package arrived at our door incorrectly (they sent 2 of the wrong towel ring in the box). We called them to exchange, they said they were going to charge us 25% restocking fee plus we cover the shipping for something that was not at all our fault.
After trying to work with them, they hung up on us (the first call was with Mike Miller)! We called back 2 more times (last time was with Keisha, the manager) and the same thing - they both hung up on us.
This whole shopping experience has been hell, and I was hoping to find the "Perfect" site to buy from, but apparently Home Perfect was a big mistake.
Talking to my credit card company now to dispute charges. Some companies just don't respect the customer, and basically going to post some videos, blogs, rss feeds (and pretty much any forum) about how bad this company is.
Instead of working with us, they've infuriated us and now sharing (with extreme passion) our experiences with all of you.

"BUYER BEWARE!!! This merchant advertises good prices, but expect to be billed instantly and wait many weeks or months to receive your merchandise....if you get it at all. Poor communication from this merchant."
"Dishonest company. Cancelled order the day after I ordered because product was not in stock and it took them over 3 weeks to credit my account back the money. There is no customer service if you have a problem. They will only respond by email. Cancellation phone number tells you to write an email. Filed a claim against them with PayPal and they even lied to PayPal that I received the product. Had the packing slip to prove they were lying. If product is not in stock watch out. They immediately charge your credit card and don't like giving you back your money in a timely fashion. Same week ordered from another merchant. They called me the following day after I ordered to say the product was not available and refunded my money the same day. That's customer service! Don't be sorry like so many other people are. The few dollars you will save are not worth the worry and aggravation. I have now placed this order with FaucetDirect and hopefully the experience will be better. This is the first company I have dealt with that is dishonest. I bought appliances: gas dryer, microwave, from Appliancesconnection and they were great, good price and quick shipping. Unfortunately they did not carry this product."
"We bought a $400 Blanco double basin undermount sink from Homeperfect.com. Within a month of it being installed under our granite counters it began to rust! We contacted customer service, sent photos of the rusted sink and asked if this product was a knock off or just defective and what we can do. They took weeks to reply, were completely unhelpful and rude and basically told us we needed to remove the sink (would ruin the granite & cost thousands of $$$$) no offer of a discount refund or anything. Bad products, horrible customer service. Buyers Beware!!!"
"I ordered a fairly expensive apron sink from them on 11/28. The price was good, but the service has been not good so far. There was a bad scratch on the sink front when i opened the box. I notified them within 30 minutes by e-mail and with pics of the damage, as instructed on their website-customer service. Got an e-mail back a few days later saying they had to call the warehouse, then no e-mails. E-mailed back several times, they kept saying we'll get back with you. Today is Dec 15, and I called them. They said the sink manufacturer had to be contacted, and that they had to see about an exchange. The rep Mike, said I'll call you back when I hear something from the sink manufacturer. Now I'm thinking "run-around city". I will update if they end up taking care of this, but at this point it doesn't look good."
"I needed a 10" rough-in toilet 12" won't work. Researched online what I wanted because local Home depot has 1 choice for 10". Well Home Perfect website wasn't working properly at the time so it didn't give me any description of the toilet I was buying. So I researched the same model on another site and enter that number into Home perfect's search. I ordered my toilet. Well when it arrived it was a 12" not 10" so I emailed them immediately. After several days I decided to call their service line only to be put on hold for 6:38 minutes to be shuffled into voice message. I called back several days later and this time went through New Orders, no surprise at all here they picked up immediately, and the girl was one of the nicest people I ever met. I ordered a second toilet, this one the correct size and she told me to wait for returns to get back with me. Well they never responded to the email so I called again. After explaining all this to the guy he said that policy was to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%, that's a $100. needless to say I'm keeping the toilet. Luckily I have several bathrooms where I can make it work. But this guy in service said he would send all the forms out and here it is days later and I still don't have any paperwork even if I did want to return it. "
