"Save yourself the money and grief, and do NOT order from Homeperfect.com. They are disreputable, dishonest and offer some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I called to place my order, I specifically asked if the item was in stock, and was assured that it was. It was not. Over 2 weeks later, having not received either an email confirmation or status update, I finally reached a customer service rep who told me it was back ordered for one month. They did not inform me of this when I placed the order, nor update the computer status that the item was backordered. No one answers the phone in customer service - it rings and rings or you are put on hold. They gave me the run around for four days, then told me the order couldn't be cancelled because it had miraculously shipped! I am giving up and denying payment so Visa can fight with them. Caveat emptor."
"I recently purchased a product and the web site did not indicate the fact that it required 3 separate 40 amp circuits to run. I would like to return the product but they want me to pay a 25% restocking fee for a brand new uninstalled unit!
Update a customer support person has emailed me to indicate that they will waive the restocking fee. I will let you know if this proves to be correct."

It would be easier on everyone because I could not wait 2 to 3 weeks for the item, so I cancelled, which means you have to issue a credit to my card. "I ordered two items from Home Perfect on April 17, 2011. I was billed for the two items on April 18, 2011. I still do not have the items. the receipt indicated immediate shipping. After several tries, I was able to reach their customer support and was told they had been back ordered and it would cost me $10.00 for a restocking fee if I did not want the items."

I have had the worst experience in all of my online shopping experience with this company. Customer service is beyond rude and there sales people will tell you what you want to hear. If they say the thing is in stock think again. I ordered something they said they had in stock. 3 days later i get a note saying it is out of stock and will ship 1 to 2 weeks. Time goes by and another 1 to 2 weeks.
This went on for more than 3 months. I then receive the product and it is damaged. Then they will only return a portion of the product. So i got a car with no engine and wheels.
