"My first concern after purchasing the furniture was the fact that the return policy was not visible prior to purchasing the furniture. The conditions for a return were not disclosed up front either. So after purchasing the headboard and then able to read about damage concerns really started to worry me. It also was not up front about the delivery schedules either. Then came another worry, taking time off from work for a half day just to recieve my furniture while worrying about the condition it might arrive and the possibilty of having to go through the pains of returning it if it were damnaged. Thankfully my worrying was in vain. The head board and foot board had arrived with no damage and it happened to be delivered when my husband was home from work anyway. I worried for nothing on both concerns. But I do feel these things should be stated up front for viewing. Maybe a link on the website so a customer could read and determine if they could actually be at home for delivery and how critical of an inspection is needed upon it's arrival. To be quite honest I probably would not have purchased it if I knew, and probably would not purchase anything further mainly because of the delivery restrictions. I have not installed the furniture as of yet. But it did look ok out of the box."

"I ordered a Coaster floor mirror on 12/15/11.
It arrived on 12/29/11, left on the porch by Fed-X,(a little slow) when we unpacked it we noticed it had a crack.
I sent pictures of mirror and packaging as requested.
I was told they had to contact the manufacture and I would have to wait for their approval before they could have a new mirror sent.
I'm thinking with proof the mirror is cracked, why not get a replacement sent asap. Customer service didn't stay in touch, I had to call or email to find out what was being done. The second mirror was delivered on 1/12/2012 by UPS and left on the front porch. When my wife and I went to move the box inside, we heard broken glass tumbeling around. I called customer service and told them that I wasn't even going to open the box, and the box showed damage. Same non-comunication as before. I was concerned that this was never going to be resolved so I placed a dispute for the charge with my credit card company. They finally shipped another mirror via a truck line that arrived Feb. 2, 2012, that was ok. I removed the disput with my credit card company. 7 weeks after I placed my order, my wife had her Christmas present. Homelement made this experience so slow and painfull, I might never be able to look in a mirror again. Their policies and customer service needs a makeover."

"I needed a new extremely comfortable and beautifully stylish recliner for our Naples, Florida condo which became our permanent home during the fall of 2011.
Knowing the quality of Catnapper chairs and sofas, I narrowed my search in a retail store but color choice was limited. I found the chair on homelement.com in chocolate brown and ordered. The Catnapper recliner arrived just before Christmas and there was no tax or delivery charge. I was informed when delivery would take place and the chair was cheerfully delivered that day. I was not billed until after delivery.
The recliner is beautiful.

"Nothing but thumbs up for this company!!! I ordered the 3 piece Golden Eagle coffee and end tables set to go with the Golden Eagle living room set that I had ordered from another store two weeks earlier in November 2011. The other store advertised the tables with the sofa, loveseat, and chair on its website, but did not carry the tablets, but offered to find the tablets for me. However, they could not guarantee hat the tables would arrive with the other furniture scheduled for delivery December 22, 2011. This was a major concern because the furniture was a Christmas gift for my Wife.
Long story short, Homelement had the tables for $400.00 less than its competitor online that delivered to my location. They kept me informed via emails as they tracked the tables in the delivery pipeline. The day before the tables were to arrive, I received a professional phone call telling me the delivery time window and what the deliver man would do.
The furniture arrived on time, undamaged, and the delivery man was professional and did exactly what had been agreed upon. One final point the tables were delivered two weeks before the other furniture. I only wish that I located this company before purchasing the other furniture. I highly recommend considering Homelement before purchasing furniture from any other company.

"the sofa i purchased looked nothing like the picture. i was expecting a peanut butter color set and this was not what i wanted.my tables purchased prior to receiving the sofa set doesnt match at all and I'm having to make due because sending it back is far too costly. just a mistake for buying online. you win some and you lose some. also, i was told upon ordering, items in stock would ship within 7 days. i purchased on the first and didn't receive my items until dec. 19 and no deliveries on the weekend either so i waited an entire weekend looking online seeing my items where just in the next city over. 18 days do not make a week. I'll just stick to purchasing clothes and shoes online, at least its not as much of a disappointment."
