"I looked at the website to see if they carried the item I was interested in. They showed they carried it. So I was planning on ordering 2 of them. I decided to call to actually talk to someone and verify that they had 2 of them in stock before I placed the orderorder. The person told me they did have them in stock, ready to ship out. So I ordered 2 of them, thinking everything was fine. Several days went by and no email regarding shipping info was sent to me. So I logged onto the site to see what was going on with my order. I discovered that this company didn't have my items in stock. No email was even sent to me about this. So I canceled my order. This company has horrible communication with it's customers and with the phone dispatchers to the warehouse. I cannot imagine ordering from them again. Bad customer service! "

"This site has great prices on pretty much all of their products. They price matched for me as well. I would have liked to have price matched over the phone, but I had to email in order to do so (I did not want to order and have the money refunded, so i had it matched before the order was placed). I was told what I needed to do in order to price match and pay without having to be refunded, and was also told that I would receive tracking by doing their method. I did so and within 36 hours still no tracking. When I emailed to make the order, it took less than 12 hours for a response, but when I emailed to find out about tracking, I didnt hear anything back until after I had received the package. I am big on communication, and also big on people being held to their word. Luckily the product arrived extremely fast, and it made up for the lack of communication. I would still rather save money any day of the week, so my very minor complaint will definitely not keep me from purchasing with this company again. I would recommend this company to a friend for sure. "
