"This is my first experience dealing with Horticulture Source and I will not be ordering from them again. I needed a specific item for a customer at our shop. I found the item pictured on the Horticulture Source website. I received the item promptly only to open it up and discover they had shipped a different item than what was pictured. I called the customer service number but was told that there was no one available to take my call and that I had to email them. I asked if I could get a return phone call but was told that they only communicated through emails. Something that could have been resolved from a 5 minute phone call now stretches out over days of emails being sent back and forth. I was even asked to send a picture of the incorrect item I received. I was finally told that the item I received was the newer version of what I ordered and that the photo on their website was the older version. Since the newer product would not fit in my customer's space, I had to return it for a refund. I was only refunded the price of the product (not the small order fee or postage) because they said they can't be responsible for the wrong pictures being on their website because the manufacturers change them frequently. I don't see why I should be responsible for that either but I guess I am out the $13.22 and my return postage which, by the way, only cost $8.16. Not impressed."

"Just made a purchase at Horticulture Source and after i had checked out, they had added a $4.06 low fee order on a $58.08 purchase. Sneaky tactics that mislead their customers! Never heard of such a thing!"

"After my order was done and confirmed by Horticulture Source at 23 Sept. I got email that 1 pint bottles now out of stock and I can cancel order or wait untill 14 of October (which means 3 week waiting). I think that company can work on their site and add option "out of stock" as many internet shops do. In this case customers will get what they expect. "
