Customer Service with a Tremendous Positive Attitude

"I had a reasonable complaint and without batting an eye or trying to undermine my feelings, Reginette Exume explained kindly but in the interim she reached out to the "Reserved place of Business" and got the balance of my deposit back. Even though we never met, its nice to interact with someone who treats you as a person not a number or a person without a face. I would highly recommend them and use them again because of it. Thank you again."

"I booked our hotel room with hotelplanner.com and was very pleased with the service. Within minutes, we had the room we wanted and at a fair price. I did wonder though, as to why we weren't able to get a receipt when we checked in. We were told by hotel personal that they could not even confirm what we were being charged. But - everything worked out fine, as we received an email receipt the following day after we checked out. We were charged the correct amount, as told to us by hotelplanner.com., but it was just a little unnerving to not have confirmation of the correct charge right away. I would use hotelplanner.com again."

A-MAZ-ING!!!

"I had made a reservation with hotelplanner way back in February and I couldn't find my confirmation. I called and at first they couldn't find my reservation! I was freaking out. I emailed hotelplanner and Markeasha helped me out. She went over and beyond my expectations to find my reservation. Come to find out it was under the hubby's name instead of mine, as well as a different email which is why they couldn't find me when I called. I just want to say again how wonderful Markeasha was. She was very pateint and listened to my issue and had it resolved within a couple of hours of my emailing. THANK YOU Markeasha!!!"

"I inadvertently booked a two week stay when I meant to only book a one week stay at the Ouray Chalet in Colorado. I immediately requested assistance with the matter and, before I knew it, the issue was resolved. I haven't even left yet for my vacation and have already received excellent customer service! Had to cancel; very nice experience, though

"Although sadly I had to cancel my bargain reservation with Hotel Planner, the Reginette, the reservations person online, was very helpful and responded to my personal message (I was worried about being charged for the reservation and wanted confirmation that I would not be, before I cancelled). She reassured me very nicely in writing (whew) and attached my receipt. All of this within minutes of my message to them via their link on my confirmation email.
The only thing I was frustrated about was the 800 no. which no one answers. I left a message there and did not receive a call within minutes...!
The moral: use Hotel Planner (I have before and they have good deals, good service) but don't try to call the 800 no. Use the website/email link! Thanks, Reginette!

The associate was very professional and provided a lot of information about the error. "I was told i needed to book a hotel for my business trip in a few weeks and a few days after the trip was cancelled. I thought, easy enough i will contact the hotel and cancel the booking. Well after trying to call the hotel for hours I reached back out to hotelplanner.com as ask for assistance and Reginette quickly called me back and started working on the issue. She also tried calling the hotel and after days of her getting in touch with the right people from various places, she was able to assist me in canceling the booking. I have never had this level of customer care and someone going above and beyond to help me out. She is top notch to say the least. She was awesome and really cared that I was taken care of. All I have to say to hotelplanner.com is hold on to this one, its customer service like this that will keep bringing customers back time and time again. A++ rating just because of her service. Thank you! Will always book through this company for any trips I have now. I wish i could give more than 5 stars.."
