"This chair came unassembled and the tools and parts needed to assemble it were not fully included. Assembly instructions were cryptic and tiny -- no help whatsoever. I was unable to complete the assembly of this product because the predrilled holes for the screws were so shoddy I couldn't secure the chair arms to the chair back.
