"Ordered a WNDR3700 router.

Never received a tracking number for package. Emailed support after about 10 days asking where my package was because I had not received anything.

They then "found" a tracking number that showed an item had been delivered to my zip code about 5 days earlier and told me to check with my mailman. My mail-person had not gotten any packages for my address in over a week. Shipping weight listed with their tracking number did not match the shipping weight for the router I had ordered either.

I can only come to the conclusion that they are a bunch of thieving crooks."

I DID CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO ALERT THEM OF MY CONCERNS AND PUT A WATCH ON MY CARD. I ORDER ALOT ON LINE AND NEVER HAD EXPERIENCED SUCH CONCERN OR DISORGANIZATION FROM A COMPANY. BEST THING ABOUT ICE MONKEY IS THE PRICES. I HAVE NOW GOT MY IPAD AND FIND OUT IT DOES NOT DOWNLOAD APPS, WHY HAVE AN IPAD IF IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD APPS? I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING IT BACK. I BETTER GET A FULL REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE. MY ADVICE IS TO PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY FROM APPLE OR AMAZON!"
