"Late yesterday afternoon, I was referred to Impact Computers by the manufacturer of my broken computer system. I was already less than happy that this was the 3rd motherboard to smoke in this system since I have had it. The fact that the manufacturer no longer carries the part had me even more on edge, so when I called and spoke to Shannon, I was already in a less than optimal mood.
