"Impact Computers gave me one of the best experiences I've had ordering computer parts. I typically order from Newegg but they didn't have the keyboard I needed. I ordered my toshiba laptop keyboard and got it the next day.
They could use improvement on their online database but they made up for it with there excellent customer service. I spoke with a customer service rep named Julissa who was very helpful and was able to give me the information on my previous order that I needed to find another part. They will be getting a lot of business from me in the future.

"Its so nice to see a company paying attention in the customers needs. I called to check on my order and see they had shipped the far more reasonable method (I live in Hawaii, where although it can be the same price to ship and ususlly some companies gouge us for some reason) . THe service rep "Mellisa" took the time to find out how they shipped and put in a credit request for the difference in price. I will recommend Impcact. It was a pleasure to deal with Melissa on my order.

"Would not recommend to anyone, they had the wrong part listed for my computer, I sent it back and they charged me for their mistake. Shady, cost me over $20 for nothing. And they would not even help find the correct part needed. "

"We ordered a motherboard and it was shipped quickly with no problems. We ordered the same board for another PC and did not hear for 12 days. Called to find out it was backordered. After 14 days we received the motherboard to find out is was the wrong one. The box even had a different part number. Called support and they were willing to replace it but we have to pay shipping back to them. They made the mistake and we have to PAY for it. This is the last time they are getting any business. We are also telling all of our business associates that this is not a company to do business with."

"I bought a replacement keyboard for my HP laptop. I knew that this was likely not from the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) but the quality was much worse than I anticipated. The keys are flimsy and loose and seem like they could fall off at any time. To make matters worse a number of the keys have printing errors so it's hard to make out the M or , or . and there are a number of mysterious subscript characters on this keyboard which were not on the original.
Shipping was fine and I haven't been overcharged or anything like that. I'm simply disappointed with the quality of the product. Rating 1 out of 5 stars.

After posting the review above, I was contacted by the staff at Impact Computers who apologized and offered a partial refund without the need to send the item back. Wow! This is really unexpected. I'm one happy customer and will happily give them another shot. 5 out of 5.

I cannot remember when the last time I ordered something that went as smoothly as this did!

"I first saw this site because of my other reseller's mistake. The other company gave me incorrect part numbers which made me go on a hunting spree for the correct wireless card. We've used this site a long time ago, but with new management, we've left it out and I feel terrible that we did so after the customer service I received. I spoke with Shannon Gartner, and wow did she help me with my purchases. I was very pleased how she explained the whole process of how quickly the order will be received and shipped out to me. If I had to describe Impact Computers & the customer service rep (Shannon Gartner) it is Phenomenal. Thank you all for your help!"

"One of my production servers went down. The back fan stopped working which caused the server to not run. Since my server was a Dell Poweredge 700, I called Dell. While on hold with Dell, I looked up the fan model and found Impact Computers had close to 300 in stock. I initiated a chat session and got connected with Shannon. I explained my need, that I needed the part faster than ASAP. Dell told me they were out of stock and to contact their supplier, Impact Computers. I called Shannon back to order.

Shannon made sure that my part shipped the same day (20 minutes to cutoff time)and that it was overnight air. I got an email last night saying my package had shipped. I got in to work this morning and checked my package. It's already in my city and out of delivery.

Shannon was a TREMENDOUS help and her calmness and willing to rush my order has meant that our server will be down less than I originally expected.

Impact Computers will have my business from now on!

"I would recommend Impact Computers to anyone. We got their name from an HP tech when we needed to replace a part on our computer. The tech gave us all the info we needed. Impact shipped the part in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we needed. Impact was fast with the RMA number for me and also with the refund once the part was received. There was a small glitch with the amount refunded (didn't include a part that was canceled before shipment); however, when I called and talked to Melissa, she immediately took care of it for me. I mention Melissa as she was the one I talked to today, but through emails everybody has been extremely helpful and professional. They were a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't think twice about going to them again. Thank you......"
