"The website said my fan was in stock, and usually ships the same day. I selected three day shipping to make sure I received the fan by Friday. On Wednesday it had not shipped. So I called to find out they wouldn't even have one in stock until Friday. I cancelled my order and will never use them again as they caused more problems than they solved.
