"Awesome customer service! I've done business with Impact multiple times in the past, and I am very impressed by the amount of care and time that goes into their efforts to satisfy customer needs. Not only are they one of the easiest resellers to get a hold of, but they one of the most knowledgeable resellers in the business! Specifically Shannon, she is my regular Rep and always comes through with whatever I need, not only that but she has a great personality! I would recommend Shannon to everyone, if you do business with them you wont regret it!

"I own an hp zd7005 laptop,old yet reliable. recently the power outlet and ac charger broke. after contacting hp i was sent sent wrong parts and eventually told the model was absolete,I was referred to impact computet parts by a friend.After speaking w/Raul, the parts were shipped and now my old dinosaur hp is up and running like Carl lewis for office in N.J.; Thanks to Raul, I now a reliable source for my computer needs and w/confidently refer friends to the company; fair prices efficent service and most importanly knowledgeable sales reps like Raul,check 'em out for u r self, u'll be glad u did"

"excellent store to do business with. sales people and support people are courteous and very helpfull. i had to return a part and received all of the information to do so, by email, within 5 minutes. had the package out the door inside of 10 minutes. turned around and ordered the correct part and wasa back to work in less than a total of 15 minutes. who could ask for anything more?

"The website said my fan was in stock, and usually ships the same day. I selected three day shipping to make sure I received the fan by Friday. On Wednesday it had not shipped. So I called to find out they wouldn't even have one in stock until Friday. I cancelled my order and will never use them again as they caused more problems than they solved.


And to your response, I will NEVER order from you again. I stress I needed this by Friday, and there are dozens of other suppliers who could've fulfilled that order. Now I have to pay for OVERNIGHT shipping to receive the fan by Friday. And you give me free GROUND shipping? Thanks for nothing.
