The order still hadn't been shipped, in fact they had to order themselves and it still hadn't been shipped to them. I requested that they overnight to me and they failed to do so. The manufacturer's OEM product and part number was displayed on the order screen and the order confirmation, but Impact shipped a completely different product. I returned the unit at my expense since it did not work with my phone system- they did not offer return shipping even though it was their mistake. Now they want to charge a restocking fee of $15 AND not credit the original shipping costs. After the fact, I looked at their ratings and see that this is a recurring problem. I would not order anything from them again "
"Placed an order for a HP part and it was the wrong part and they did not carry, and did not tell me, they did not carry it. Waited a week and called them and they said "O ya we don't have that part!" Waited another week for them to issue an RA for the product and it never came, and then I called back and they said for me to pay for the return delivery to them. They would not refund my shipping for overnight service even though it came in 2 days, not overnight. I will NEVER use them again and there are better pricing out there. "
"I work at an IT Company in Calgary Canada. I had some questions for someone on your Sales Team and was lucky enough to be put through to Shannon Gartner. I think by the time I had her on the phone she only had about ten minutes left in her shift which I often find can be a cause of many Sales people giving out attitude because they want to go home. "Dealing with two 6900 Series HP Deskjet Printers. Lent my 6940 Power Supply to my husband for his 6988, thus no power to my printer/laptop combo. Have tried for weeks to get HP to give me the correct info for purchase of replacement Power Supply w. cord. Website was great...start with product you want, made by HP, took me right down to my model printer and gave me 3 choices of items. The 3rd was what I needed.
