"I wish I had found this site before I ordered from Infinity Systems Plus. Sure they have some of the best pricing, but the communication is practically non existant. Customer service should be called "Customer Out of Service". Never get response to e-mails, with the exception of the automated response, which works quite well. Seems as if no one there knows how to hit the reply button. Phone calls are met with abrupt answers and the one person that seems to be answering the phone gets argumentative when quizzed about where your order is, and when you will receive it.
I'm building my dream system and staring at the unopened boxes of components, waiting for the final piece from Infinity. Should be called Eternity, cos that's how long it will seems before you get your order.

"You get what you pay for. In trying to save myself a few dollars on a modem, I went with PC Infinity. Now, I'm just thankful I didn't order anything beyond $15.
If you're looking for a place to order from with actual order tracking or customer service, I would recommend somewhere else.
Here's what happened to me:
After purchasing a modem off of their site, I received an email confirming my order and stated:
"You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order with a UPS tracking number (unless shipped via the U.S. Postal Service) when your order ships....If you do not receive a shipment confirmation within 7 business days, you may contact our tracking staff using our Online Tracking Form."
So I wait the 7 business days and fill out their request form for order tracking on their website. I received an automated response saying that they're looking into it and will get back to me shortly.
After waiting patiently for a response that never came, I called their customer hotline. It sounded like I woke someone up. I explained my situation and that I was still waiting for my tracking number. I was then told that I would only receive one if my order was shipped by UPS. I asked if my order was. He said since it was a smaller part, probably not. I then asked if he could at least confirm that the modem had shipped. He said that they only have paper records of that information and it would take him too long to look it up. I was then advised to wait another week and call back if it didn't arrive. He didn't even ask for my order number once during the conversation.
Maybe it's me, but I get very nervous about ordering from a company online that can confirm your billing information within minutes, but can't even verify when/if your order shipped. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
First they shipped me the wrong product. Then they charged me a second time for shipping the corrected product. Their customer service is very very rude and would not paid for the return shipping eventhough it was their mistake shipping the wrong product. Finally, I sent back the wrong product paying for shipping out of my pocket, then they only refunded part of the original amount. So now I am in the process of disputing their charges with my credit card company.
All in all, this company is horrible. Let just say they are the perfect example of how a company should NOT do business.
I would NEVER NEVER shop with this company again. And to all those who had good experience with this company, more power to you, you guys are very very lucky."
"I purchased a mid tower ATX case (the $27 LCT Mid ATX 400watt deal.) I did recieve front USB hookups and 2 case fans for free on the case that I was sent. I have no idea why. The best online bargain I have ever purchased! Can hardly believe it is even worth it for them to offer this at the price they do. Ordering process is easy enough. Shipping seemed slow - 9 days - but a weekend was in between, and was free. No special packaging used, but product came undamaged."

"These guys were absolutely terrible. They couldn't verify my credit info, they asked for more info... instead I told them to cancel. Well, magically, 3 days later *POOF* there's the charge on my account, even though they didn't have the info they supposedly needed 3 days before. Furthermore, I called up and talked specifically to the owner and he was very rude and vindictive, told me he would make getting my money back take as long as he could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. "I had a good experience ordering the Comet case. They shipped my order quickly and it arrived in great condition. (In regards to them poorly packing the case... it was packed as it should be. If you received a damaged case, I would point fingers at UPS, because there is reason that the package should be destroyed during shipping is handled with reasonable care.) It's a great good looking case, especially for the price with a included PSU that dose work with AMD processors just fine."

"Order complete system. Gave to my customer, he returned it to me the same day. Ran a few test and I though the memory was bad. Drove over the next day, it was about an hour or so away. Took it in they said it would be about an hour. I said I though it was the memory. They cloned the hard drive(replace it). I said if it didin't work I would be back. Same thing happened, ended up just taking memory over and getting it replaced. Probably should have done first time. Works fine now. Good thing it has a 5yr warranty. Between the returning trips, I lost what I made on the item. Little disappointed on cheap parts used, but pretty good customer service.. even if they aren't the brightest. Depending on prices, may deal with them again."
