Told me parts ship from mfg in 8-10 days, to them. Three weeks, still no parts. No communication from J&P. Last time I order anything from this company. Horrible service"

"Ordered a motorcycle helmet for my son. He measured his head accordingly and went by their sizing. So we ordered the helmet only to find out it didn't fit!!!! A very large disappointment. Only to find out that it came from China and of course their sizes are very different from ours. Their delivery was fast though and when we return the helmet there was a problem with sending me a return label which I had to go to the UPS store to have them figure out because the person who was dealing with me at JP cycles gave up and ignored my request for additional help on the labels.
All in all delivery and refund process are good I suppose but I still haven't received my refund yet! I believe it's still in the process."
