"I had ordered 3 parts for my motorcycle, because 1 part was unavailable for an unknown amount of time they held the whole order back. I reached out approx two weeks into the process and still
It took approx one month after initial order to straighten out this simple obstacle. Finally after talking in person with a rep we cancelled the one unavailable part and shipped the rest of the order. I found the online “chat” option was frustrating and the whole process took too long, poor communication and coordination with me the customer left me in the dark and subsequently deciding not to deal with them again. Much better to use Canadian based site for orders and deliveries within my country and avoiding cross border (cross cultural?) issues. "
