The accounting department charged me multiple times for the total amount for 3 consecutive days and then charged me individually for each product as it was shipped out. Instead of realizing and correcting the problem I was berated, my intelligence questioned, blamed and stuck waiting 3-5 days for it to be rectified. I finally found a supervisor and complained but just a “Gee whiz we did..?” attitude while several hundreds dollars more than my purchase were **** in my account. I then looked up reviews on the company and this is apparently a very prevalent situation and chief complaint with J&P Cycles. Will NEVER buy from them again. "

"Ordered seat for my Softail, and this one is awesome. I had another Mustang on it, but it was very wide and it was uncomfortable for my wife to ride, when she had to put her feet down. Needed something comfortable, with a back rest, but more narrow. Thus one fit the bill and she absolutely loves it. A little pricy, but heck, so is everything today. "
