"Received the wrong part "NOT ONCE BUT TWICE" The order that was sent from the order on the website was the wrong part. When Mr. Langford called and talked to someone they emailed a return order form and checked to find the part at another location. Sturgis said they would hold the part until we could pay for it and then send it. Sturgis also sent the wrong part. They also sent a return order form but we have yet to receive the correct handlebars because no one has any in stock. Added note, the handlebars received from the Sturgis location had two different part numbers on them. This is extremely frustrating and we don't understand what is so difficult about getting the correct part if it's in stock."
