I had ordered a fuel gauge from another company. Their online inventory status stated items were in stock & posted all over their website it stated same day shipping. I ordered product on a Thursday an hour before the same day shipping deadline. After 4 days and still in processing status I called C.S. they stated "that's strange, let me go see what's going on" about an hour later I get an email informing me the item was NOT in stock & I was getting a refund... I immediately ordered the same product from J&P. The item shipped before those other guys finished processing my refund. It arrived on the expected delivery date & was packaged well. Product was high quality & very reasonably priced. I will be doing business with J&P Cycles again. 2 thumbs up."
