"I made an online order earlier in the morning, which was a gasket for a stock Derby Cover and a aftermarket Derby Cover. After using J&P's chat service I was informed a stock derby cover gasket wouldn't work with an aftermarket Derby Cover and was referred to to Scottsdale, AZ location as the inventory system showed they had the correct gasket in stock. After contacting the Scottsdale store and three additional stores I was referred to the store located in Daytona, FL. They had the gasket in stock and shipped it free of charge as my previous order from the morning qualified for free shipping. The customer service between all the stores I interacted with was excellent. The staff demonstrated the competence and concern for a satisfied customer, which I was especially after the new gasket shipped free from the Daytona Store. The quick response in shipping from the Daytona store didn't delay the service I performed and allowed me to change the my Primary Drive oil and installed the aftermarket Derby Cover as planned. In the Future I will ensure I contact the Daytona store first before contacting another a location. Thank you!"
