"Ordered a modular full face (3XL) helmet after having trouble finding one in that size. The hel et was a VERY nice helmet and I (would have) really liked it. Unfortunately, upon trying it on it was still too big for my big old melon head. There were ZERO issues with returning the helmet (they included a prepaid shopping label), and the refund was issued VERY quickly.
It's a shame that the helmet didn't fit (a friend found me one that fits perfect in his garage), but would DEFINITELY do business with this company again.
