No details about shipping or updates at all.

"It's been 2 weeks since I started ordering for my Shovel rebuild. Still don't have all the parts from that order. No updates or information on J&P and they haven't reached out to me. I ordered 4 days later, same deal, only some of the parts are here and no details on the other stuff in my order. I don't know what's going on there but it's been a few months since I've ordered and I never had an issue before, I used to get stuff really fast. Disappointed right now with J&P. I've bought a ton from them over that last few years."

Great shipping speed

"Ordered a product that was in stock and shipped to Canada. I had my order in my hand within 10 days. Only issues was tracking. Didn't update for 5 days so I wasn't sure it had shipped out. I contacted customer support and they explained the problem is with USPS and Canada Post. But it did update and I got my order."

Pleasant surprise

"Was hesitant about ordering from J&P since it's changed hands. I've heard a lot of nightmare stories.. but they were the only ones that had what I wanted in stock, so I took the chance and ordered a few Items. Was pleasantly surprised when they came through with my parts, and shipped a lot faster than I expected. I hadn't used J&P for close to 10 yrs, but I will again start using them. Very satisfied "
