"I had ordered a ignition switch (pretty common item) and on the details of the item it stated "will ship between 2-4 business days ". Here it is 13 days later and NOTHING...not even shipped yet...They take your money right away but have not heard a peep out of them since . I called customer service after a week and got excuses IE: " vendor backorder ...don't know when ".. but sympathetic. Why didn't you tell me that then. Nothing but the truth here . I will cancel order after writing this. Signed, Long time customer that is VERY disappointed and dissatisfied.."
