"ordered a delicate carb needle and it was damaged -they sent another one after i explained to the lady that it should be sent in a box or some other form such as taping it to a small piece of wood maybe so it wouldn't get bent -she said she would mark it fragile -got the next needle shipped in an envelope just as the damaged one -was not marked fragile but got lucky and it wasn't bent -doesn't this cost the company money to reship items? plus it cost the customer time which costs unnecessary stress waiting and wondering if part will ever get shipped properly -thank you "

"Ordered a Lapera Silhouette 2 piece seat. Haven't installed it yet... going to do that tonight, but the quality is fantastic on both pieces! Shipping was great and I was well informed all the way. Great company to deal with... I will definitely be ordering more items from them in the future!

"In the catalog it stated ready to install. Received fairing but inside paper read I needed spacers. Called J&P Cycles and they said they were trying to fix the problem. No spacers or returned calls. Very unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service. "

"All of the parts that I ordered were listed on the website as in stock. Since they were all in stock, I went ahead and paid an extra $20 to have the parts shipped overnight express. After I place the order, I received an email the next day telling me that most of my order was shipping out overnight express, but one of the key parts I needed was not available. So it didn't ship until the next day . . . and then when it did ship, it was shipped USPS. I have spent quite a bit of money with J&P and this was really disappointing. "
