"I purchased a $400 headlight that was "in stock", after the purchase was made and days go by i was told the light will not be in stock until june 7th. I went on the website to speak with someone about this "live chat" and twice I was blown off...the second person told me "theres nothing we can do" then proceeded to end the chat session without even saying another word, didnt even ask if there was anything else they could help me with, this has been a terrible experience! !!"

"Before ordering I asked a question on live chat. After receiving my order the answer I got from live chat about the product was wrong. Since my order was not a large ticket item it is not worth it to send it back. "

"Overall i love jp cycles. It has a great system in place and overall im satisfied with everything. However, i wasnt happy that the site said my handlebars would fit. They're should have been a side note stating you may need to relocate your speedometer or buy different risers in order for the bars to fit. I really trust this site but was let down in this purchase. "
