Cust. service states she has to get a tech on the phone waited 20 minutes no one ever answered, I call back get the same thing waited another 20 minutes hung up again with still no conclusion. "

"My order was filled exactly as expected. Since I had purchased a tire from one of your competitors and subsequently returned it and re-purchased the same tire from you, I wanted to make sure that the tire wasn't old. The one from your competitor was about 4 years old.
No problems. I will say that their packaging was better and I was a bit nervous when i received what I can only describe as a tire with an address lable on it. However, it was in good shape and all is well."
