"I am frustrated with getting products that are poor quality, don't fit or are misrepresented in their information. An example is a rear fender for my old pan that is a terrible and improper design and should never have been sold. But they won't recognize that they sold me defective product and try to make it right. It is now in a scrape pile with other JP garbage. They just blew me off so I only buy from them when I cannot get what I need somewhere else. I have spent thousands of $ with them and they should stand behind products that are so blatantly ill engineered "

"I purchased a Milwaukee Twins battery for a 2009 FLHTCUI, perfect fit, I love the integrated handle and maintainer cord included. Threaded battery posts would be much appreciated as the little nuts supply are a pain to get the bolts lined up and threaded onto. Very fast delivery and much cheaper than OEM. Seems to start the bike great so far (only have it installed for a week to date)."
"I like J&P Cycles website and prefer to shop online. However, J&P Bill to and ship to address configuration is not user friendly. Due to circumstances out of my control I cannot have a route mail box, I am forced to use a PO box. J&p will not ship to a PO box. The U.S. Postal service will return to sender if addressed to my physical street address. My only chance to use the post office is Sat morning 8:15 to 9:00 am. Why not offer UPS or Fedex option?"
